Spring, 1943. An Italian girl and her younger brother came by train to the city of Münich in search of a better life. There she settles in a one-room apartment and eats from hand to mouth. One day a girl meets the son of a Nazi officer and a friendship begins between them, which later develops into something more—love. But the harsh reality is trying its best to divide young people. Will they be able to find each other in the midst of this chaos and survive?
