I've unfrozen and am slowly working on my Queen of Blackmail story.
Just 3 more old stories of mine to proofread, edit and share. Unusual Circumstances will probably be published in full later on tonight. Over the next week or so, We'll Meet Again Someday, and The Wrong Sister will follow. Then I can work on fresh content!
Please don't "like" my stories just to be "liking" them. Only "like" what you've actually read and truly like.
I should have the rest of The Seduction of Suki posted in a few days. Then I'll have about half a dozen more older stories to proofread and edit as needed, which will eventually be shared as well.
Them is now published! Not sure why it's saying it has 41 chapters though. It only has 38.
Them is finished and currently being proofread and edited. I should have it published in a few days to a week.
Just so anyone following knows, I've hidden all the chapters of Them until the book is complete. Once the story is finished and everything has been proofread and edited to the best of my ability, then I will make the book visible.
Between health issues and losing my beloved pet rat, I'm definitely not going to win NewNoWriMo. But I will eventually finish Them.
As you may notice, my last few chapters are one big giant paragraph. I'm talk typing my story. I decided it would be easier to just write the story and edit when it's done.
Why does Word say I have 18029 words while NewNo says 16895?
Those wanting to offer their "promotional services" have reached out to me, so all comments are now disabled.
Decided to give a finger to my fatigue and carry on with NewNo after all. Again, though, these are just rough drafts, so expect some errors.
Trying to keep up with NewNoWriMo while dealing with chronic fatigue is proving to be nearly impossible. Because I'm so exhausted so much of the time, it would take me months, maybe even a year or two, to finish my book. If it weren't for the heavy fatigue I experience so often, I'm sure I could do it, as I've done it before. But things just aren't what they were over a decade ago, and with no cure for CF, I don't see myself participating in NewNoWriMo again. :( For now, Them has been frozen.

So I decided to go with Them for NewNo. It's a story I barely started a few weeks ago. Because I'm putting out rough drafts, however, there will be some errors and discrepancies. It's not the final finished product!
Maybe I jumped the gun. Maybe I just assumed I would automatically get spam comments because I have on other writing sites and disallowed comments needlessly. Therefore, I didn't go and re-allow comments on all my books, but I've allowed them for those who have been registered for at least a month on the book I'm currently working on, which is Roomies.

OK, so maybe I'm not going to quit using this blog entirely. I had disabled comments on my stories, but I think I'll allow them for now. Any and all spammers will be blocked, just to warn you, at which time I will no longer allow comments. I am not interested in any "promotional" services. I write strictly for fun. Respect that and don't waste your time spamming me about "services."
As for legit comments... I'm open to all forms of criticism, be it positive or negative. If you hate the hell out of one of my stories, feel free to say so. I'm not sensitive. ;-)
