Episode 1: Fairy Tail - Part 2.
The scene switches to Natsu and Happy standing at the door of Hana's apartment. Natsu: (breathing slowly) I think we're... here. He suddenly noticed with surprise that Hana lives next door to Lucy. Natsu: (surprised) Wait, Hiro lives next door to Lucy. (he said) Happy: (worriedly, tugging at Natsu's pant leg) Natsu, open the door quickly. I'm worried about him. Natsu wanted to kick down the door, but was surprised to find it unlocked. Natsu: (thoughts) He must have been so upset that he forgot to lock it. (he thought) Natsu decided to open the door like a normal person, and the two of them entered the apartment hallway. They went to the kitchen first, but Hana wasn't there. Happy: (looks around) So he's not here, but Hiro's kitchen is cozy. Natsu: You're right, but... (he's interrupted) They heard a faint sob, and both followed the sound. Natsu and Happy found themselves at Hana's door. Natsu quickly opened the door, and they entered. Natsu: (worried) Hiro, what happened... (he was just as stunned as Happy) The scene shifted to Hana, who was sitting on the bed, hugging her legs, her face buried in her knees, and quietly sobbing. Natsu and Happy snapped out of their shock and quietly approached her. Hana felt someone sit down next to her on the bed, and she slowly raised her tear-stained brown eyes to see Happy and Natsu sitting next to her, looking at her with worried expressions. Hana: (sniffling, wiping away tears with one hand) T-it's you... but how... did you find me? (her voice trembled) Natsu: Your sister told us your address. Happy: (looking at her worriedly) Hiro, what happened? Are you crying because of us? Or did Natsu and I say something wrong? (he asked) Hana: (looking down) T-it's not because of you. (she whispered) Happy: (blinking in confusion) But if not because of us, then because of whom? Hana looked at them and sighed. Hana: (explaining to them) When I was fourteen, I met a very strange man. (a few tears rolled down her cheeks) I... I didn't know him very well, of course, but I... (she sobbed, tears streaming down her cheeks) I... I didn't want to. B-but I had to make a decision. But if I had known then, I would have chosen to stay... (her body trembled with tears) Because of me... Obake died... and then... after that, his daughter started to hate me. (she covered her face with her hands) And... and I agreed with her. If I had... agreed and hadn't run away from him that day, then... everything would have been different. (she finished and, unable to bear it, burst into tears.) Natsu and Happy were completely shocked by Hana's story. They had no idea Hana had lost someone so close. At that moment, Natsu gently pulled her close and held her to his chest, hugging her and caressing her head to comfort her, while Happy hugged Hana as well. Natsu: (soothing her) Hush, hush, little one, it's not your fault. And as for that girl, she just doesn't understand. (he speaks to her in a gentle voice) Hana snuggled close to him, clutching the fabric of his scarf, and smelled the first familiar scent. Hana: (whispering and smiling tenderly, closing her eyes) Uncle... At the word "uncle," Natsu's eyes widened, and he felt Hana holding his white scarf, but it didn't bother him. Five minutes later, Hana had calmed down completely, sat on the edge of the bed, and looked shyly at Natsu. Hana: (blushing, looking away) Sorry, I shouldn't have. Natsu: (smiling softly) Are you feeling better? Hana merely nodded, then pulled a photograph of Obake as a teenager from the pocket of her white jacket. Hana: (hands him the photo) His real name is Robert Aken. Natsu carefully took the photo from her and sniffed it, then his black eyes widened in surprise. Hana: (surprised) What's wrong? Natsu: (explaining) But that man in the photo is actually alive and in Fiore. Hana: (quickly takes the photo and looks at him) What are you talking about? You're not kidding? Happy: (jumping on the bed) Natsu has a very good sense of smell. If he says Obake is alive, it's absolutely true. Hana covered her mouth with her hand. Hana: (thoughts) He's alive. He's in Fiore. (tears streaming down her cheeks, she snaps out of her thoughts) Oh my god, I'm so happy! (she exclaimed joyfully) Her brown eyes were full of joy, and she cried with happiness, and Natsu had an idea and extended his hand to her. Natsu: (extends his hand to her and smiles) Hiro, listen. You and Lucy will join our guild, Fairy Tail, but I'm also a Mage from this guild. And there, I'll help you find Obake. What do you think? Hana was initially surprised to learn that Natsu was a Fairy Tail mage, but then she got out of bed and happily shook his hand. Hana: (smiling) Thank you! Natsu: (asking) Don't thank me. By the way, was joining our guild your and Lucy's dream? Hana: (stops shaking his hand) Ever since childhood. Natsu: (waved his hand) I see. Now let's go for a walk around the city—you need it. Hana didn't say anything, simply picked up Happy, surprising him for the second time, and began to leave her room. Natsu: (noticing) By the way, this is the second time you've picked up Happy. Hana: (stopped and looked at him) I don't know how to explain it, but I feel like Happy reminds me of someone. (She waved her hand and smiled, then became lost in thought.) But that can't be right? (she thought and left the apartment.) Natsu: (thought) You remind me of someone too, but I can't remember. (he thought and ran after her.)
