The corpse continent series book 1: The boy named Dragon

Dragon, Hela, Magnus and Astrid were travelling as a group of four and when Dragon met his 'father' Malcolm and six of his unknown half siblings and it didn't take him long to discover what kind of living condition they had endured and completely ignored his father and took all his siblings with him to be apart of his friend group and after explaining what he saw when he met and how easily they followed him when he gave them the chance and the rest of them immediately welcomed them warmly with Hela and Astrid taking them clothes shopping and Magnus was showing off his new magic trick While Astrid and Magnus were getting to know their new friends Dragon and Hela talked about how long before they head for next city Allura and Dragon told her "When these get tattoos and we asked them if they wish to leave Rahara and explore the rest of the continent." "You won't have too." said a voice from behind it was one of Dragons sisters her name was Angela and she said "It would be nice to see what lies beyond Rahara and having magic seems like the being the most incredible thing in the world." The next day Dragon tattooed each of his siblings and with Hela and Magnus helping they learn how to use their new magic and after a couple of days they felt ready to leave Rahara and head for Allura but before they could Malcolm and his gang stood in their way and told "If you wish to leave fine but them [gestures to Angela and her siblings] they stay with me." Dragon looked at Malcolm and the group of adults armed with weapons to handle a group of ten children and that told words would be a waste of time Dragon stepped up to them and without a word used his magic to create a ring of fire trapping them with him and when they pulled out weapons he froze them on the spot and when Malcolm tried intimidation Dragon created ice spikes that stopped an inch from his throat which was enough to scare him away for good and the ten of them headed for edge of Rahara and that day they left for Allura When they began their long walk to Allura Dragon and Hela had their work cut out for them with teaching their new friends how endure long distance travel at first they stumbled and struggled and didn't pay attention when they tried to teach them everything they know because they mainly wanted to learn magic but after while they began to learn and when Dragon and Hela watched them they were reminded of their time with their parents and the rest of the Arcane clan and this brought a smile to their faces and tears to both their eyes and for weeks their survival and magic skills improved After two weeks they finally reached the city of Allura and from a distance it was as incredible as last time they were here thunderbirds flying over head and the lightning coming off their wings and being caught by metal spikes on top of the tallest buildings and the people of the city found a way to turn the bolts of lightning to power their lights and that was just from a distance when they entered the city they could barely see the sky beyond the towering buildings and only know it's there because of the sound of thunderbirds above As they walk through the city streets the ten of nearly get kill by Allura made car because it didn't make a sound unlike the Rahara made cars and the only sounds heard on the city streets were the chatter of the people walking on the side of the road and when Dragon and Hela looked around they didn't see any street performers in fact on every street corner was a glass screen with moving pictures and everyone knew one thing they needed a minute to process everything their seeing and found a place to sleep and paid for it with their extra blood drops they had on them and mentally prepared for tomorrow The next morning Dragon and Hela went on tour of Allura to gain a better understanding of the city and know where when the rest wish to go sight seeing and during their walkthrough they noticed feathers falling from the sky these feather were thunderbirds feather that still had a lightning charge to it and to ensure no one got harmed by them these feathers were collected and when a few stray feather found themselves in Dragon and Hela hands which gave the both of them the same idea When they returned with these feathers they immediately got to work on creating lightning magic ink and after a few hours Hela manage to turn the feathers into a special substance that crystalize creating a lightning generating stone that she turn into ink and gave it to Dragon who tattooed himself then her and the rest of the gang giving them the power of lightning and when they went out to explored Allura they discovered that blood drops only work in certain part of the city and when you go deeper in the only form of payment they'll except is something called credit which from their observations look like a card that you swipe across a screen to be able to buy anything in this city So the ten of breaking off into three groups Dragon taking Magnus and two of siblings, Hela with Astrid and one extra, Angela with two of her siblings and after a few hours Angela and Hela met up and were waiting on Dragon and a few minutes passed they heard the sounds of laughter and they saw Dragons group riding around in a flying machine with some blonde boy controlling it and when they landed Dragon stepped out began making introductions "Hela, Astrid, Bella. Angel, Leah, Mya this is Aaron your going to love him." Aaron "Hi nice to you how would you to go on an arial tour of Allura?"
