The corpse continent series book 1: The boy named Dragon

It's been more then a month since they left Valaheim and during that time they discovered that their magic tattoos were temporary and Dragon had to ensure Hela would get some sleep and not stay up for several nights trying to solve that problem telling her "Your not in a race with anyone you can take your time." This managed to convince her to take it easy and finally they reached Rahara and it was has incredible as Valaheim but for completely different reasons where Valaheim was a kingdom that coexist with nature but Rahara had no forest, no green just flat plains covered in the towering buildings that house the people who call Rahara home After arriving in Rahara they walked through the city streets admiring the architecture of the city the towering buildings with each floor having someone to call it home and there were hundreds of these buildings from the looks of it and the two of them were only in a small part of the city and as explored, sun was getting low and they looking for a place to sleep after finding a place they slept threw the night exhausted when they woke up the next day ready to continue exploring but first they needed to have breakfast thankfully they collected more than enough fruits and berries on their way here but as they ate someone walking by approached them and asked if he could have some pointing at their spread of food and both of them didn't have an issue and they gestured for him to take a seat on the ground and he ate like he hadn't eaten in days he looked about as old as them After he had his fill Dragon asked "So what do you call yourself?" The boy answered "I call myself Magnus. What do you two call yourselves?" "I call myself Hela and this one calls himself Dragon." Hela told him and Dragon added "We plan on touring the entire city seeing all the sights Rahara has to offer you want to join us?" Magnus didn't hesitant for a moment to practically shout out "YES!" As they were having their breakfast Magnus noticed that Hela and Dragon were focused on a motor carriage, known in Rahara as a car, and asked them "You guys want to see where those machines are made?" Both of them looked at him with the same expression that said 'Yes' After a few minutes of walking Magus guided them to a factory where hundreds of workers together to create the car piece by piece first it's engine, then it's wheels and finally it's body and the three of them watched quietly as they worked watching each step of the machines construction with immense interest and after a while they asked Magnus what other factories there are in Rahara and he took them to see the places where toys and trinkets were mass produced and even though Magnus found these of kind of places boring he grew up here he enjoyed the look of awe of Dragon and Hela's faces When they all got hungry and started looking for something to eat Hela notice a man with a cart selling some kind of food and when she asked Magnus what that was and he said "Oh that's wyvern cakes pieces of delicious tasting bread in the shape of wyverns and if we had blood drop coins we could but some but I got nothing. Either of you got any blood drops?" Both Dragon and Hela shook their heads no but Magnus came up with an interesting idea "Do either of you got any talents primarily the kind that entertain?" he asked and both Dragon and Hela smiled at him A little while letter Dragon and Hela were standing on the side of the street ready to put on a show but first they needed to get attention Dragon raised his fist to the air and shot up a blast of fire that got then enough attention with a crowd beginning to form Dragon performed a little dance and by swinging his arms and legs that were on fire and creating a dazzling display for all and when he was done it was Hela's turn and taking seeds out of her pocket using her plant magic the seeds to create a dress of flowers and as she danced she threw the seeds everywhere the ones that landed on the ground sprouted a beautiful garden and the seeds that landed on peoples head grew into flower crowns that made people smile When they were done Magnus went around with an empty cup collecting blood drops from people who found it entertaining and by the Titans they found it entertaining they had more blood drops than the three could carry and they used some of it to buy enough wyvern cakes to feed 10 people and it was safe to say they were full and they used the remaining to buy Dragon some new clothes for during his performance he singed his clothes and none of them wanted him to walk around naked. Now having bought food and clothes they still had a decent amount of blood drops left and were discussing what other they could try and as they talked a voice from behind said "I have a few suggestions." They turned to a woman who Magnus called 'Mom'. This woman walked over to them and picked up one of the blood red coins with the standing titans likeness embedded into it Dragon took back the coin she took and asked her "If you got suggestion on where to eat we're all ears but these are our blood drops if you want some you'll asked you won't just take Miss Magnus's mom." The woman gave an offended expression but recovered and said "My apologies now do you to speak here or under a warm roof?" Dragon and Hela looked to Magnus who was looking at his shoes and agreed to come with her mainly to learn why Magnus doesn't happy to see his mother
