At Eda's. The scene switches to Eda, who ties a blanket full of trash slug eggs to her staff and says the oviduct is full of eggs. King: Lost two students, gained trash slug eggs. An equal exchange. Eda: (snorted) I didn't lose anyone. (she said, looking at him) King: (explaining) If you don't start teaching Luz and Diana the right things, you'll lose them. (stands up and puts his paws on his hips) And then I'll come and make them my students! (he told her with determination in his voice) Ida: (laughs) Ha! What are you going to teach them? How to get stuck in a sweater sleeve? King: (displeased) Hey, that only happened once! (now more decisively) I'll teach them everything about demons. How to recognize them, how to talk to them, how to create an army of them and take over the world! Ida: (smirking) After they rip you out of a sweater sleeve, huh? King: You think you're that smart?! (jumps off) Then why don't we have a bet? (he approaches her) I'll prove I'm the better teacher. Just as Eda was about to agree, they both heard the sound of a chainsaw, then turned toward the sound. A cut appeared in the air, followed by a white portal, and a female figure emerged from it, but we don't see what she looked like yet. King: (his eyes widened) Wait a second... (he began) Ida: (she covered her mouth with her hand, disbelieving her eyes) It can't be... Finally, the scene reveals what the stranger looked like. The girl appeared to be thirty-two years old, and she looked like this. She had long, straight white hair with a soft, pale pink tint, pulled back into a low ponytail with a black elastic band, with two long strands on the sides. Her bangs were neatly tucked at the sides with yellow-green clips. Her eyes were a bright pink with a violet tint, almost cosmic, and she had a beauty mark under her right eye. She was wearing a dark blue dress with long sleeves, over which she wore a green vest with a red circle on the back. She wore a medallion on a golden chain around her neck, but we can't see it yet because the medallion was hidden under her dress. She wore black fingerless gloves with shields, and she was barefoot. This girl's name was Yana Toboso and she was Ida's best friend. She held a chainsaw-like death scythe in her hand and a backpack slung over her shoulders. Yana looked at them with a smirk on her face. Yana: Well, hello, Ida and the King. (she began) Ida: (shocked) Yana?.. King: (happily) You're back! Yana quickly approached Ida, then crouched down and set her backpack on the ground. Yana: (speaking quickly but in a serious voice) Now, hold this death scythe and don't break it, and I have to get it back to the Department of Reapers somehow. (she said and held out the death scythe) She handed the chainsaw-shaped death scythe to Ida, but instead of handing it over, she threw it at Ida, who caught it and nearly fell, but Ida managed to stay on her feet. Ida: (trying to say something) Ah... Yana... Yana: (searching for something in her backpack, with a serious expression) I only came for a minute... but here, I found it. She takes four notebooks or something resembling books from her backpack and hands them to Ida, who is trying to recover from the shock. Yana: Please give these books to my precious daughter when she gets to the Boiling Islands. (She asked her to.) Willow: (blinking in confusion) Ah... but are you and your friend okay? (then lost in thought) Why is she doing this to me? I was worried about her and her friend. (she thought and mentally put an X on Amity, indicating she doesn't trust her or already has a slight dislike for her.) Luz quickly grabs Diana's hand, and they both run up to Willow. Luz: Wait! I'm Luz. And you're Willow, right? (Letting go of Diana's hand.) What you did with those flowers and plants is just... wow. Willow: (Uncertainly and sadly.) Thank you, but... I shouldn't have used flower magic. Diana: (Crossing her arms, speaking seriously.) Why? You have an amazing talent for this magic. And by the way, my name is Diana. Willow: (Blushing.) Oh, th-thank you... but my parents sent me to a specialized course in Abomination. Diana: (Thoughts.) They don't want their daughter to be herself and be happy? His name was Augustus Porter, and he stood 2 cm taller than Diana. Augustus: (reading a journal) Willow, you won't believe people like him exist. He looked at Diana in surprise, then blushed.
