Chapter 4, One mistake leads to chaos

Yordan was still confused, even though Alan has literally just explained everyhting to him. Maybe it's because it was hard to believe that his crazy friend turned out to be the creator of their universe.. but Yordan himself was not sure. His brain refused to think, at least it seemed so.
— Wait, wait, wait.. Let's sum it all up. So.. you have created me?
— Yup.
— And Lily?
— Yes.
— And Red Nexus???
— The whole universe.
— Okay. — Yordan sighs, — What for?
— Just because I could, lol. For.. fun, if you will, — smiling Alan replied
— So, you mean, that our lives, stories, the war, the solar storm, e-everything.. Was just for- fun?
— Kind of.. — Alan notices the desperate look of Yordan and decides to help him accept this at least somehow, — But hey, you are here, Lily is here, isn't it wonderful? Hehe, I mean, we already do have this universe existing. Why not just enjoy that?
— Um, maybe because there is the war going on? How should we ENJOY that..? Our lives are in danger every moment — Lily replied instead of shocked Yordan.
Alan would have been confused, if he wasn't drunk. But now he only shrugs his shoulders and giggles
— C'mon, guys, you are under my protection! I'm a God, after all! Be sure, you will be fine, while I'm the one who controls everything in here. After all, now we are comfortable, sitting in the house and just living our lives without any danger, peace and quiet.. safe and sound.
Suddenly a completely relaxed and almost fallen asleep Alan has heard a loud scream from the outside
"Nexus attacking! Everyone wake up!"
Lily and Yordan looked at Alan with condemnation.
Okay, okay, that's weird, I thought I did enough to control this.. — shocked Alan said, — But I can still fix it, after all! At least.. try.
The condemning looks didn't change and Alan decided to add a few more words:
— Okay. I HAVE to fix that.
Yordan's face relaxed, and he only replied: Let's go there already.
The trio was standing on the outside and watching soldiers and their drones damaging the walkers camp without even knowing what should they do. There were too many of them for the trio to be able to do anything with that. Their house was the furthest and soldiers were not at that point yet, but definitely were going to reach it soon.
— I don't understand.. — whispered Alan, but continued in a louder voice, — I've built a protective wall tonight, how did they manage to reach us?
Lily thought for a while and suddenly said:
— Wait, the wall was on the east side, as I remember, wasn't it?
— Um, most likely, but I don't really remember. Something's wrong?
— Alan, you are not a God, you are an idiot. THE NEXUS BASE IS ON THE WEST SIDE, YOU DUMBASS!
— REALLY? Oh, it seems you're right.. I'm such a fool.. — Alan stared at this picture with pure horror now. — It's all my fault they suffer.. — tears roll on his eyes, — It's only my responsibility, and I am the one that has to stop this!
Alan clenches his hand into a fist and the prophecy disk in his house starts glowing as bright, that he can see it even being pretty far from it.
— I know what I have to do.
The next moment the unknown light fills every corner of the camp and makes every soldier close their eyes because of the brightness. The moment the light softened, all the drones were on the ground disabled. The next moment the things to be fallen were the guns. They also tuned out to be disabled. Soldiers were confused, not knowing what to do or even where to move. At this moment they met the source of this bright glow. All the soldiers kneeled, without even understanding what was going on. It was like some sort of aura was controlling them at this moment. Alan, winged and glowing with the extremely bright white light has come extremely close to the best-armed soldier and asked:
— Who is the leader here?
The soldier has just closed his eyes and covered them with his hands. His eyeballs were almost melting from this brightness, and he couldn't think about anything else, but about the pain he was going through. But Alan was not going to give up.
— I said who. is. THE LEADER?
He wrapped his hands around the soldier's wrists and the soldier has almost screamed with pain. It all felt like a torture, as far as Alan's touches felt as touching the Sun itself, but were not leaving the burns, so it could literally last forever.
— I am.. my Lord.
— LOUDER.
— I AM THE LEADER!
— Now take your soldiers and leave. I'm waiting. Undestood?
— Yes, my Lord.
Alan has freed the soldier's wrists and the light has softened. Now everyone could stand up.
— And remember who is your God. Never mess up with me next time.
The soldier stood up, looked at Alan with fear and screamed:
— RUN!!
This time the soldiers were running much faster, than walkers in their last fight. Well, they did have a reason for that. They left all their weapon in the camp and just wanted to save their lives. When the last soldier left the camp, Alan has slowly transformed back, as the emotions were weakening. In the very end he was just standing in a middle of the camp, feeling dizzy and being watched by all the walkers, that were nearby. Tens, maybe hundreds of people came. They were screaming with happiness, someone was crying, but everyone was extremely excited and felt special that night. Someone could not believe in the events they have just seen, but someone was almost praying to Alan. Lily and Yordan were standing not far from the new "hero" and clapping their hands. Soon others also started doing that. Everything seemed to be just wonderful, when suddenly Alan has fallen on his knees himself. He has lost lots of energy and could not control himself anymore. He has covered his mouth with his hand, bit it didn't work. The next moment Alan throws up and falls unconscious.. or, better said, asleep.
Everyone was confused, only Yordan seemed the most desperate
— I guess, I'm the one to take him home now.. — Yordan looks at his still hurt shoulder and sighs,
— God, why..
Suddenly Alan seemed to "wake up" for a few seconds just to almost illegibly "reply":
— Because... ZZZZZZ
Yordan sighed again.
— Lily, please, promise me you'll never make him drink anymore — said he in almost crying voice.
— I'll try, dear, I'll try
