Catharsis

In ancient times, in the innermost corners of the soul of each of us, there is a mysterious garden – a world of flowers that, like stars in the night sky, bloom in moments of joy and fade in a moment of heavy grief. And so, in this garden of an ordinary person hovering in everyday life, rainbow petals bloomed and the aromas of happiness appeared, but, as in everyone's life, it was time for rain.
Sadness, like lightning, pierced the gray clouds of fate, falling on the careless flowers. Drops of disappointment trickled down the stems of hopes, leaving the seal of an irrevocable farewell. Heavy clouds of fear covered the sky, eclipsing everything bright and iridescent, as if a whirlwind tore a tiny leaf from the branch of life and carried it into the abyss.
The man stood in this sad garden, feeling the rain patting his face, mixing with the tears of misfortune. Helplessly raising his hand, he tried to hide his world from the storm, but the water penetrated through his fingers, like memories of past happiness, steadily lurking in the past.
The dark clouds inside the soul seemed endless, and then, at the moment when it seemed that everything was lost, that life had become gray and hopeless, something inexplicable happened. A ray of sunlight broke through the clouds, like a thread of light in a maze of darkness.
Suddenly, something moved inside the man - as if a pollen of hope had penetrated into his heart. And then the catharsis began – the process of purification, as after a long rain, when the air is filled with freshness, and the sky turns blue again.
The man realized that the storm that hit his garden was an integral part of his life. And in this realization, like a flower rising from under layers of dark soil, he gained new strength. The rainbow didn't disappear, it just slowed down its dance, allowing the earth to dry out and get ready for a new beginning.
So in the quiet garden of the heart of an ordinary person there was a catharsis – rebirth through pain, elevation through sadness. And in his eyes the stars that remained after the rain shone, reminding that even in the darkest nights hope shines.
