Freddy and Gregory go down to the basement to go through the service tunnels to the exit. Gregory hears the guard's voice. - Hey? Baby? If you're here, say something! - She's downstairs! We must return. - Don't worry, Gregory. Even if we are seen, you will be safe with me. She will not suspect that weare traveling together. However, we still should not catch her eye. If I'm sent to my room, we won't make it to the lobby before midnight. Freddy feels that the boy is injured. - I feel like you're broken. - I'm fine. - No, I feel that something is wrong. I'll take you to the medical aid station. He takes him to the infirmary. Freddy forces Gregory to show his injuries, to which the boy agrees, showing him some of his bruises and scratches, but nothing serious, because of which it would be worth worrying. Freddy continues to feel that something is wrong, and with the help of his eyes, he takes an x-ray of the boy's body. The result struck him: the boy's body has numerous injuries and injuries, which indicate abuse of the child. Freddy is shocked by the information received: he does not know what to do. But then a guard interrupts them. Freddy hides Gregory inside his stomach just in time. The girl and the bear start a dialogue, but Freddy, still impressed by the boy's injuries, cannot really explain how he got here. - Freddy! During lockdown, you must stay in your room. - I don't know how I ended up here, Officer Vanessa. -Well, today you excelled in full. Your system gave its own, and you ruined the show. Now theparts and service department has restricted your diet. They say it's a precaution. Another problem on our heads... - S-Sorry. - Okay... Look, there's 15 minutes left until closing time, but there's a kid hanging aroundbackstage. If you see anything, let me know immediately. I have already notified the others. Now go back to your room. The guard tells him to return to the room, and she goes further in search of the child. - Told you she wanted to catch me. - I said nothing. You are safe. Let's go further. Freddy takes the boy out of the infirmary and leads him down the corridors, asking him about his injuries along the way. Gregory refuses to speak. Then Freddy freezes in the corridor, promising that he will not let the boy out and will not go anywhere until he tells him everything. Gregory was left with no choice but to tell them everything. He talked about his life, about his parents, about life on the street, and how he snuck into Pizzaplex looking for shelter and food. Freddy, shocked by what he heard, releases the boy. A dialogue begins between them: Freddy says that he is very sympathetic to Gregory, that he would very much like to help him, that he wants to protect him, that he would like to give the boy all the love that he so deserves. Gregory is very touched by such words, but he rejects Freddy's offer, saying that he needs to leave this complex before he is caught and handed over to the police, and then he does not even know what will happen to him. Freddy still wants to say something, but then his charge ends. - I'm terribly sorry. The recharge cycle wasn't complete when I found you. You will have to go on without me. I'll contact you via Faz watch if you ever get into trouble. The bear is forced to leave Gregory, and that he will have to go on by himself. The boy warmly says goodbye to Freddy, gently hugging him goodbye, and thanking him for his help, and then runs away. Following him, Freddy shouts that if he needs help, he can always use his watch to communicate with the bear. Gregory runs away, while Freddy is left in the charging station thinking. He is tormented by vague doubts about Gregory: he wants to help him, he wants to protect him, he wants to love him. After some time, Freddy receives a signal from the boy's watch. The message asked for help. Freddie realized that it was already after midnight, which meant that Gregory had not left the building in time, and now he was stuck here until the morning. Freddy tries to find out through the clock where the boy is now and if he is okay. In response, he receives only silence, and a new message for help. Freddy, not understanding anything, leaves the charging station and goes in search of the boy, tracking his location through his watch. To his surprise, the clock is in the Golf Monty location. How did Gregory get there? The call for help comes again. Freddy runs as fast as he can through the service tunnels. On the way, he tries to shout after hours to find out what is wrong with the boy, but in response he hears only silence. Having reached the place, he began to look for Gregory: he called him by name, searching every meter of this place. To his surprise, no one was there, but Freddie managed to run into Monty, who was clearly in an aggressive mood. In its clawed alligator paw, Freddy noticed a watch, and dried blood on the claws themselves. Freddy, horrified, began to press Monty for answers about where Gregory was and what he had done to him. Monty said that, unfortunately, he hadn't done anything serious yet: he only injured his hand, accidentally tearing off the watch when he, and Chica and Roxy, tried to catch the boy in the tunnels, but he managed to escape. And now, as far as he knows, the boy is still in the building, because the doors closed before the child could reach them. And now he and the other animatronics have to grab him. Monty understood from the clock and the voice that Freddy was helping the boy, and so he lured him away from where the child was supposedly hiding so that the bear could not help him. Freddy wants to leave, but Monty won't let him. He doesn't want the bear to help the boy: he doesn't want the bear to be here at all, anyway. Monty comes up with the idea to get rid of Freddy altogether in order to take his place in the show: he wants all the fame that the singer has. He says that when he does, the rest of Freddy will be thrown into the trash, and he and the others will deal with the stupid boy. Freddy can't believe what he's hearing. A fight breaks out between the animatronics: Freddy tries to reason with his friend, but Monty only laughs at him - he teases the bear, saying that he behaves like a daddy, protecting this boy, that he can’t do anything to save him, that he will anyway torn apart personally by the claws of an alligator. Freddy is furious at this statement. He begins to use all his strength on Monty: he beats him, bites, scratches, and in the end simply tears his comrade into two parts and drops him from a height. Freddy looms over his broken friend: he had to do it to protect Gregory. Remembering the boy, Freddy realizes that there are two more evil animatronics walking around the complex who want to harm his Superstar. Realizing this, and remembering the boy's past traumas, Freddy realizes that he has an obligation to protect him. And he even knows how: he can protect the boy in his stomach, because as he said before, this is the safest place in the entire Pizzaplex. However, first he needs to find the boy and make sure that everything is in order with him, and then go after the other members of his group. But Freddy did not know how: the watch was the best option, but since Gregory does not have it now, an alternative is needed. Then Freddy remembered about the video cameras located throughout the complex: each animatronic had its own enhancements that made it unique, and Freddy had full access to the cameras, and the ability to remotely activate buttons, monitors, and other equipment in case of need. Connecting to the cameras, Freddy began to inspect each corridor, starting from the main entrance, in order to find Gregory. Finally he noticed him. The boy was heading to the kindergarten. The camera showed how Gregory painfully pressed his injured hand to himself, from which, judging by the small mark behind the boy, blood was flowing. Finally, Gregory got to the kindergarten. He looked around briefly, probably looking for other animatronics, and then climbed up the hill and rolled down. Freddy was happy about this: the kindergarten teacher could take care of the boy while he was not around, and the bear himself would go after Chika and Roxy for now. He has something to say to them, and how to deal with them. At that time, a security guard walked around the complex: she was looking for a lost child, but she could not find him anywhere. Entering one of the rooms, she again began to call the child, but there was still no answer. Suddenly she hears a strange laugh, and after her something hit her head very hard. The girl fell to the floor, her eyes darkened, but before she passed out, all she could see were large bright red eyes and someone dressed in a suit that looked like a rabbit.
