Nasty rumors are swirling around Noah. He got used to having others judge him by this unfair gossip, so he has put an end to him and his personal life. Ethan is hunted by his past, so he’s diligently trying to avoid any kind of close relationship. It seems like they have no common ground and certainly have no reason to be interested in each other. But ‘Devil’s Eye’ clears things up.

In the world, where any touch is concidered mauvais ton, I want to touch you... forever.

A rich imagination is not always capable of bringing benefits to a person. Sometimes he slowly goes crazy, even stopping communicating with other people for a long time. The guy understands this, but, nevertheless, he is not able to contain his fantasies. That is why he suffers from them.

I will take out of jail the man who has terrified Greystadt for years, and I will do it for one purpose. It won't be easy, but I don't give a shit. It's every man for themselves.

What was happening between us was not love. Animal passion, the desire to subjugate and rule. Forced attachment of one lonely person to another even more lonely. An attempt to survive and find support in a shaky reality. “…but you know, I love that about you. And what I also love about you is that you don’t idealize me or flatter me. Funny, right? He had always been cold, rational – too precise for the ordinary world. Over time, control slipped away, but the thirst for order remained. Life brought no solace. Inside, the emptiness lingered – growing, pressing, consuming. The gangs became a temporary answer – an illusion of peace. “Within the Void” – a short story about a man who lived inside his own emptiness.
