Mixed — the work in which the romantic relationships between characters are not limited by only one type, there can be several love stories falling into different types. In other words, the plot features several couples, each with their own type of relationship, such as slash, het or femslash. Unlike the works that have tags “elements of slash” or “elements of het”, all the types of relationships here are equally important for the plot that focuses on romance, regardless of the genre chosen. Mixed works can be presented in a form of an almanac with stories about different couples told separately but joined by the same idea, or it can be a single narrative where reader follows the stories of several main characters.
