Get Ready for NewNoWriMo 2025
Dear Writers and Friends,
NewNoWriMo 2025 is nearly here, and we couldn’t be more excited to experience it with you. As many of you know, our community is dedicated to fanfiction, original stories and creative storytelling, and this November we’ll be hosting NewNoWriMo together right here. It’s a wonderful opportunity to push ourselves, explore new ideas, and bring stories to life.
Preptober Support
We’ll be sharing preparation materials in this mailing list throughout the month: worksheets, planning guides, and practical tips to help you map out your ideas, develop characters, and set yourself up for success.
Discord server
Join NewNoWriMo discord server!Progress tracking
Starting in November, you’ll have access to an online tracker that automatically records the word count of the works you publish during NewNoWriMo, letting you watch your progress grow in real time.
Community
Each writer will have a personal blog to share their progress and challenges, and we can all support one another with likes and comments.
Help us improve
This will be our first time hosting an event on this scale, and we want to be honest about that. We’re passionate about making this a fun and supportive experience for everyone, and we’d love to hear your thoughts. Suggestions, ideas, and feedback are not only welcome but deeply appreciated, they’ll help us improve and shape the event into something truly special.
