Beyond the corpse continent

After she revealed she was pregnant I wanted to turn back back but Celeste insisted we continue on our voyage showing me she was just as obsessed with what the world has to offer as myself after leaving a chain of islands we first came across several days ago so we were just stuck at sea me and a pregnant Celeste who basically turned me into her servant without even trying because I was not going to let a pregnant woman over work herself especially the one carrying my own child As for Celeste she has of lately been making jokes here is some of her best "Servant your lady needs assistance. Servant your lady is hungry." And my personal favourite "Servant why haven't given me a massage yet?" This had become her way to pass the time and I would play along because I was just as bored and when we came across our next island we put our little pretend game on pause to explore it When we first set foot on the island one thing quickly caught our attention a pile of stones, stones don't naturally occur in a pile meaning someone placed them there and when we inspected it we discovered another one and another they were path leading somewhere when we followed the path it lead to a cave in the side of a mountain when we entered it was dark but when lite a torch we were left speechless Carvings in the stone depicting a history long since forgotten and judging from stone carved pictures it was depicting the life and death of the first titan from what was shown There was a time when the giants called this world home but after a mysterious disease most were wiped out but the small number that survive worked to return life to the world by turning one of their own into something else this experiment had lead to the death of many of them but miraculously one of them survived and became the first titan and by giving up their own life they managed to return life that was lost and gave birth to kinds of creatures including the first generation of titans And as for the surviving giants they created this monument to educate whatever creatures should be intelligent enough to understand these markings and that would be us this ancient giants whatever killed them was also the reason us and our world in it's present situation exist today and me and Celeste were going to make sure the entire world knew of the giants sacrifice and the origin of the first titan
