ㅤ In the depths of a remote village, little Arria knew nothing but cold and snow. She couldn't even dream of playing with her peers. Because she didn't know that was possible. That spending time didn't involve constantly trying to survive and building snowmen in her spare time. The appearance of a boy in the village, and such a cute one at that, aroused considerable interest not only among her, but among all the villagers. Everyone considered it their duty to pamper the stern boy, Albert, who tried every possible way to avoid their attention—Arria couldn't even get close to him. But his parents were treated with strictness and prejudice. Until they died… "They'll see," Arria once found Albert alone in a secluded spot. "I'll show them all! Everyone! When I stand above them all and crush them with one foot! The world will tremble, justice will prevail." He muttered all this for no one in particular, merely defusing his anger with words. But they sounded from the heart, and the enchanted Arria seemed to be charged with energy by them. To escape this snow-white hole, to conquer the world—Albert's determination was worthy of respect. It was inspiring. 'Perhaps I can do it too…?' "What are you doing here? Following me!?" Albert remarked, ready to defend himself at any moment from anyone and everything. "No. I'm sorry," Arria hesitated, blushing, betraying a tremor in her heart. "I was passing by and heard a voice. It led me to you. Is this your secret hideout?" she asked without a second thought. "It's cozy here." Albert was skeptical of both the words and the smile that followed. Cozy? In a dilapidated shack? Something was clearly wrong with the girl's head. But Arria was, in principle, unpretentious, so she could feel comfortable almost anywhere where her heart felt peace. In this place, Albert created it. Strong, decisive. Handsome. It was as if he were a prince on a white horse, coming to the village just for her: she had no competition anyway. His attitude and unyielding will made her feel secure. "Can I be your friend?" Arria asked bluntly. "I would like to support you. To set out into the big world with you." "And can you?" Albert narrowed his eyes suspiciously. Arria nodded. She looked frankly weak. A doll whose strings were easily pulled, and who was easily broken. "However, even one like her could serve me," the thought brought a smile to Albert's face. It would be better for him to keep her close than for someone else to take advantage of such easy prey. He would fulfill her wish, open the whole world to her, so that she would never even consider betraying him, remaining faithful only to him. "We have a difficult path ahead," Albert warned, extending his hand to the girl, hiding a mask of guile behind a confident smile. "But I will be by your side. Together, we will overcome everything!" That smile completely captured Arria's heart. She was ready to follow Albert to the ends of the earth! Especially since there, like anywhere else, everything would be better than in the village… ㅤ
