The Lonely Valley once again became a magical place. The sylphs didn't suffer or go mad. According to their custom, they danced to the wind they had created, playing a howling melody among the rocks that delighted random travelers and intensified their longing.
But the sylphs didn't know the concept of loneliness.
They danced because it was in their nature. The smooth swaying in rhythm brought them peace and satisfaction. Sometimes, holding hands, they moved synchronously, sometimes creating chaos in the whirlwind - any movement of theirs enchanted.
Bart often came to the valley with his wife, then with his daughter, enjoying unity with the unstable wind. Now, when he was left alone for a long time, while Arche was disappearing somewhere in a dangerous adventure with new friends, the melody of nature especially touched his soul, as if playing on its very strings. Longing and excitement were her motive: over many years, Bart understood one thing: wind is too free a phenomenon, therefore it cannot personify and bestow loneliness, it gives the choice of what to experience. But it is more difficult for people to control their emotions than for spirits. Bart could only try not to succumb to grief, remembering his daughter's always positive attitude and waiting for a meeting with her.
