Who should be educated and how

In my opinion, every person, who wants to study, should have unrestricted access to education, in spite of their financial situation, social status, or any other restrictions. First of all, the right on education is a part of person’s dignity. Education isn’t just a tool for getting knowledge, it allows people to think critically about everything, solve problems, take a part in society’s life, and protect their own rights. Depriving someone of access to education, we deprive them of the opportunity to realize their potential. It strengthens and preserves inequality, poverty, and social injustice. Therefore, education is a foundation for building fair and flourishing society, where every person has a chance for good life. Speaking of the implementation of education provision, it is necessary to understand a few significant aspects: economical and social accessibility. The government should give free or subsidized education on all levels, especially for children, youth, and low-income families. It includes the provision of financial support to those in need, the construction of schools and educational institutions in remote areas, and the creation of scholarship programs. Another important factor is providing a comfortable studying environment for people with disabilities. An example of this is the availability of high-tech equipment, adapted educational programs, and specialized architecture and specialists. In addition, the quality of education is an important aspect, as it is not enough to simply provide access to education; it is crucial to ensure its high quality. Educational institutions must offer relevant, inspiring, and engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of the modern world. This requires the training of qualified and motivated educators. Unfortunately, current educational programs often lack relevance and are outdated compared to the rapidly evolving world. They are aimed at the theoretical study of subjects. Of course, education broadens one's horizons, but it does not develop the necessary skills of students, such as critical thinking, teamwork, communication, negotiation, and many others. Therefore, it is important to adapt programs in all educational institutions and change the approach to education, such as introducing teamwork and project-based activities for students to develop the necessary skills, and developing high-tech equipment that promotes better learning. Equally important is the quality of education that meets the needs of the modern world. An equally important aspect is the creation of a warm and supportive educational environment. Schools and universities should not be places where students are subjected to bullying, restrictions on self-expression and personal interests, discrimination, and harassment. It is crucial that every student feels safe, respected, and valued. Additionally, it is important to consider the diverse needs and abilities of students, providing support and opportunities for growth. The final factor is the importance of continuous education. Education should not be limited to school and obtaining a diploma. It is important to create opportunities for lifelong learning so that people can develop as professionals, adapt to market demands, and have up-to-date knowledge in today's ever-changing world by providing access to advanced training courses, professional retraining, online courses, and other forms of learning.
