"Keele's been declared a criminal!?" Primula couldn't believe her ears.
'Who in their right mind would believe that!?'
The man who fought crime shoulder to shoulder with Primula! The first to agree to join her detective club! The best member! And… the one who stole her heart.
She'd suspected something fishy was going on ever since her beloved Keele was forced to leave the academy. She was one of the few who believed in his "insane" theory. She tried to find evidence to justify the name of the unrecognized genius. But she wasn't as smart as the object of her affection, to even grasp the scale of the problem, where to look, what parameters to pay attention to…
The news that Keele had almost been executed gave her new knowledge that it was possible to have a heart attack even at a young age. Fortunately, everything worked out: both with Keele and with Primula.
And at some point, it seemed like everything even started to get better. What a relief Primula felt… Only to clutch her heart again: dear Keele had gone to another planet! Celestia! He dared to go to be torn apart by the legendary cannibals without waiting for the army of Inferia.
'If this goes on, I'll be gray by the time we meet again…'
Primula believed in the best. And the best news for her was that the Celestians might not be the monsters described in the ancient books. And if so…
'What if Keele is Celestia's lost prince?' Unable to influence reality, Primula retreated into the world of dreams.
'I have reclaimed my throne,' Keele said proudly in her dreams, dressed in luxurious robes. His smile was worthy of a noble scion of royal blood—it was impossible not to fall in love with him. 'And I want you to be my queen. Will you leave everything behind and journey with me to a new world, becoming my wife?'
"Yes!" Primula broke her trance with her own ringing voice, inadvertently exclaiming out loud. "Ah… Oh, if only…"
But no one could stop her from dreaming. It was the only thing she could do.
It didn't take news to know that Keele had saved the world: everyone had seen how the planets had begun to move away from each other, no longer threatening each other's integrity.
'…Keele will be home soon,' she thought, surprisingly calmly.
Primula had already experienced so many emotions during Keele's adventure. And now it was coming to an end. And as after such a gripping and inspiring story, there was a sense of emptiness. Disbelief. So much had happened that was unbelievable: it was too hard to comprehend.
Many awaited the return of the heroes, watching the "star" in the sky, heading towards the land of Inferia. Primula was one of the first and most active. But… Keele didn’t leave the ship.
"Huh… Where's Keele?" she asked Reid, puzzled.
"He stayed on Celestia with his girlfriend," he replied matter-of-factly, surprised that anyone had even asked about Keele. The entire ceremony of the welcome was more of a burden to him: after all, they were giving him flowers, not meat.
'He stayed… on Celestia… with his girlfriend…' she replayed the thought in her mind, dumbfounded. She knew perfectly well what it meant. She knew perfectly well that she had understood correctly. She couldn't accept it… After all, accepting the truth meant shattering her dreams.
