Chapter 6 Kingdom of the Ironwoods

Hecate and Dominique and the entire Arcane clan were finally avenged by the clans only survivors Dragon and Hela two children 10 years old killed using Dragon courage and Hela's magical elixirs they trapped it in tree grown by her plant elixir and killed it thanks to an ice elixir and after their victory the king of Valaheim Orion Ironwood approached them and invited them back to his home to host a celebratory feast in their honor the two of them accepted
When they arrived at the Ironwood family home it was looked like something from the bed time stories Dominique would tell them, high walls high towers beautiful gardens decorating the palace and there was even a ring of trees surrounding the building making it look separate from the city. As for the city itself they walking on carved from grey stone like the buildings around being made with stone foundations and burnt black wooden walls it looked like forest cabins on one side and the forest on the other and when they entered the palace they were welcomed by parade of servants and Orion ordered a feast be prepared for their young guest to honor their victory
Dragon and Hela were taken to separate rooms where a tailor was waiting for them to take their measurements after a few hours the two of them saw each other when Dragon saw Hela in a dress this is what ran through his mind 'Hela in a dress never thought I'd see that dress looks nice but her hair and that dress look messy is I have to say about it.' Hela looking at a formally dressed Dragon thought to herself 'He looks nice a black suit with bronze trimmings mom would he looks handsome.'
When they arrived at the palace dining hall they were taken a back by massive spread of food Hela didn't know where to start but Dragon did not have that issue after the food was served and Orion said they may eat Dragon started and quickly cleared his plate as for Hela right next to him she wasn't what sure what to use until Dragon just told her "Don't worry about it just eat." Orion told her the same and she eat to her hearts content, most find their lack of manners disgusting the rest told to shut up knowing these children grew up in the wilderness and had killed both a fully grown blizzard bear and a fire breathing wyvern they weren't expected these two 10 year old monster hunters to have the best table manners
After the feast they were taken to a ball room by rich looking children their age who asked them for a dance Dragon danced with girls with fancy dresses and bright hair styles and Hela danced with boys who asked and even asked a few girls to dance and then went to Dragon to ask him for a dance and as they dance both of them admitted their were tired and after their dance they left the ball room and headed straight for Dragons room and both of them went to sleep in his bed and after king Orion found them sound asleep he decided to put an end to the celebration and had their breakfast prepared the next morning when they woke up after breakfast they were taken to separate chambers to bathe and then given clean clothes and king Orion asked them a question "You two wish to see what we did with the wyverns corpse?"
The two of them followed Orion to round shaped building filled with the dead stuffed bodies of several mighty beast hunted and killed over the years first he took them to a stuffed blizzard bear and told them "This is the blizzard bear you killed when you first arrived in Valaheim." And when Dragon saw it he felt as small as the first time he saw it small but no reason to be scared this time and when they finally came to the wyvern display it was attached to the ceiling with steel ropes and as they looked at the beast corpse they felt absolutely nothing their family was still gone and both Dragon and Hela began to cry not loudly wailing just standing silently with tears running down their cheeks
After wiping away their tears Dragon took one final look at the dead wyvern and like a bolt of lightning an idea struck him he turned to Hela and asked her "Can you create a fire elixir like you created the ice elixir?" Hela thought for a moment and said "Give me a few day and we'll see? What are planning Dragon?" Dragon just smiled at her and Orion looking at the two of the and ordered one of his castle guards "Watch these two and tell the rest to do the same and report back to me." "Yes my king." The guard said as he left to go tell the rest of the castle guards of their new orders
Two days since then and Hela now had a bottle of a fire elixir and showed it to Dragon by pouring a small drop of it on a stone and it immediately burst into flames and an excited Dragon began to take out all of the elixir that they had on them the plant elixir, healing elixir, ice elixir and now fire elixir and Hela confused asked him again "What are you planning with all these elixirs? and please give me an answer this time." Dragon looked at her and said "I'm going to use them as ink and give myself tattoos." Hela looked at him like he was crazy and all she had to that was "What?"
