ㅤ Mormo, Kanonno, and the Descender of Theresia were born in different worlds united by the Great Tree. Having gone through the End of the World crisis, they were now together introducing each other to their worlds. It was Mormo's turn. He led his friends to a meadow of flowers: he knew Kanonno would appreciate it. And she was genuinely delighted. "Ah, how beautiful!" she said, unable to contain her emotions. The flora of Yaoon's world was impressive, a play of contrasting scents and colors. And not only that... Compared to Kanonno's world, subject to the evil influence of insatiable humans, Yaoon seemed a pure and innocent place. Heartwarming. However, negative thoughts had no place in the minds of the three Descenders. They enjoyed a quiet life, unallowed for those like them, for their destiny was to save their worlds from crisis. The concept of "idle stroll" had only recently entered their vocabulary. That is why lightness prevailed in their hearts. Nothing weighed them down anymore. And so they spent their time, traveling between each other's worlds. It was so easy for them that they didn’t even notice the boundaries, without thinking about their existence. And during one of their journeys, Kanonno suddenly staggered, yawning sweetly. "Is the Tree calling you back?" Mormo suggested, more surprised than upset. "It seems it’s time to sleep," she smiled weakly, saying goodbye with a look and disappearing. Mormo exhaled and continued showing the secret corners of Yaoon to his friend from Theresia: there was nothing he could do anyway. And no one knew when their time would come. That's why it was important to take advantage of every precious minute. And time kept passing. The Descender of Theresia and Mormo spent it idly, not worrying about Kanonno or thinking about her. Until she returned. A little disconcerted by the surprise, but quickly calmed down. "How did you sleep?" Mormo asked with a smile. Kanonno's gaze flickered as if she remembered something. She lowered her head, sighing. But she immediately smiled so as not to disturb her friends. "I hope you haven't seen too many interesting things here without me? Otherwise, you'll have to repeat them for me!" she said enthusiastically. Even they couldn't travel the worlds without rest. One day, at a campfire, the logs crackling deliciously, Kanonno, urged on by her friends, began to tell a story. A tale known only to her. "The Tree loves people for their thirst for knowledge. But sometimes this thirst leads to less-than-ideal outcomes. For example, humanity once gave birth to a monster that no one could defeat. No existing technology could breach its defenses. And the monster proved to be greedy beyond measure, rapidly draining mana. Then a girl was born, guided by the Tree. Frail in appearance, but blessed with all the mana in the world and the hope of humanity, she possessed unimaginable powers. But even she couldn't overcome the monster immediately. Only by uniting and guiding the people's hearts, offering prayers to the Great Tree, did she avert the catastrophe and vanquish the monster." "Oh, a heroic story!" Mormo listened with interest to the last word. "What I love!" And the Descender of Teresia remained silent. He realized as she told the story that this wasn't a fairy tale at all, but the truth. The reason Kanonno had suddenly "fallen asleep". But on the contrary, she was pulled out of her sleep. Dreams are not normally granted to Descenders. However, while remaining in peace within the Great Tree, after the three of them encountered a calamity of exceptional magnitude, they formed a rare bond that united them in their dreams. Their desire to exist in the world not only in times of need, but also to enjoy it in moments of peace. From his gaze, Kanonno understood everything. But she also remained silent. And what could she do? Only continue her journey, sharing with her friends the joy of what they had. Moreover, the approximate route had already been mapped out, and within the Tree there was no room for sadness. It quickly erased any hint of negativity, making even the harshest truth easy to accept. "Let's go! We still have so much interesting stuff ahead of us!" she said with a smile, anticipating the adventures to come. Nothing weighed her down. Only the here and now existed. ㅤ
