Chapter 4 – At Home
Anna was eating in the morning when her mum barged in and started quarreling her. Anna’s mum was a tall, slim, fitted woman.
Mum: Anna, don’t tell me you want to finish all the food.
Anna: Mum, it’s not much and I didn’t eat all last night.
Mum: All you know is to eat and get fat.
Anna: But mum, you know it’s not my fault that I am fat. I want to be slim!
Mum: Then get it up to go and drop the plate and stand up. Go and carry yourself. Didn’t you hear your mate that is slim, they said to see your walking step alone is so attractive.
Anna: Mum, I am off to school. Bye.
Mum: Bye, try stretching so you will be burning calories a little bit.
Anna: Then what I have been doing helps. See you!
slams the door and left
On her way to school, she jogged a bit to get herself loose some calory
