Flora broke the black wax seal. The scroll unfurled with a whisper, revealing a map inked in shimmering silver. It depicted a vast continent, but the landmarks shifted subtly as she watched — mountains moving, rivers bending, forests breathing. “This is alive,” Flora murmured. Aestus nodded. “It’s enchanted. Only those chosen by the sword can read it.” Flora traced a glowing line with her fingertip. The path wound through forests, across deserts, and into a region marked only by a single word: Oblivion. Aestus swallowed. “That’s… not ideal.” Flora rolled the map carefully. “We’ve come this far. We keep going.” A distant roar echoed through the cavern — the dragon’s roar. Flora’s heart leapt. “He’s alive.” Aestus smiled. “Then let’s go find him.” They sprinted toward the sound, flames and water swirling at their heels. The quest had begun. And the Sword of Vengeance waited.
