Wind breaker theories

In the chapter, when Umemiya and Kotoha were talking about Sakura having to make friends with the Furin first years from other classes, Umemiya told Kotoha about the return of a certain Momijikawa first year. I think it's a kid from Umemiya and Kotoha's orphanage again, since it's already some kind of tradition for some boys from that orphanage to become part of Furin, like the guy who saved Umemiya, Umemiya himself, and now this guy. But it's not clear why he, like Wanijima, who was previously shown only in flashbacks, was only added to the plot now? I only have two thoughts, he probably got stuck in something that he had to figure out for some time, so he was only shown now. The second thought is that he was adopted and moved to live in another city, and somehow the guy convinced his adoptive family to send him back to Makochi to join Furin there before Umemiya graduated. These are my thoughts. But I also have a third thought, that mysterious guy I talked about in the first chapter of this work could be Momijikawa, this is reinforced by the fact that one of those second-year guys patrolling the city at the end of Chapter 91 said that he did not recognize the first-year who praised them for what they were doing. The reason why they do not know who it was may lie in one of my two thoughts described above, if someone from Furin can know this guy, it is probably our four kings and Sugishita, at least, I hope so. Let's not forget that the speech in the chapter was about Sakura having to make friends with the first-years of other classes, and not just with the guys from his class, with the second-years, although I would not say that he and my second cat Ren are friends, and the third-years. These tips from Kotoha and Umemiya seemed very useful to me, because if Momijikawa is fully shown to us in the next chapter, this advice will be very appropriate. I really want to see how Sakura and Momijikawa will meet and be as leaders of their classes, if of course Momijikawa is the class representative, develop friendly relations. And also, I want to see what kind of person this guy is, I really hope that he will not turn out to be the new villain of the future arc, although this is very doubtful, if he grew up in an orphanage with Umemiya, all the children there are very kind.
