"Crying is normal, you know"

In the middle of the night, in the forest inside the tent Cambodia heard moans of pain. He surprised, didn't realize at first seconds who it could be. He turned around and saw his friend Singapore. Singapore tossed and turned like he was having a nightmare. The cambodian was confused, seeing him like this for the first time. He got closer.
"Hey! Singa, wake up!"
Starlight country woke up with fear in his eyes. He seemed to be out of breath. He started to tremble. Cambodia surprised more.
"Hey, are you okay, Singa?"
Singapore looked at Cambodia. Then he cough and looked down, like this moment shouldn't happen.
"I just had a bad dream. It's okay." he said.
"Oh… you sure it's okay?" Cambodia said.
"Yes. Go back to sleep." Singapore said calmly and laid down.
"Okay?" Cambodia was more confused.
He laid down too, thinking about what he saw. Silence appeared again and all became more calm. Thoughts about Singapore's dream didn't leave the tricolor's head. But he was quiet. He started to fall asleep, closing his eyes, but then he heard… a quiet cry. His eyes opened again. There is only one person in his head. Singapore! Cambodia looked at him. He saw tears in his eyes. Singapore began to sob. He curled up into a ball, covering his face with his hands. Cambodia touched him with pain and confusion inside. Singapore woke up with shock. He crawled back, looking at Cambodia as if he was facing a murderer or worse. Cambodia was shocked more than Singapore, well, he thought so.
"Singa, are you alright?" tricolor asked.
"Totally, Camb!" the bicolor starlight looked nervous and was trembling a little.
"No. You're NOT alright. What happened?" Cambodia said seriously.
"A bad dream. It's not that serious. I'm going back to sleep, Camb!"
Singapore laid down again and closed his eyes.
"No. Tell me, what happened. I mean, what was in your dream." Cambodia became more serious.
"Nothing." Singapore said softly.
"I never seen you cry. You were always like… a serious person. And now I wonder what happened, because it's the first time I've seen you like this!" with each word, Cambodia's voice got louder.
Singapore sat up. He looked down.
"Fine… I give up. I had a nightmare where everyone died. That's why I'm crying."
"You… oh… yeah, that's bad. But how we died?"
Singapore didn't look at Cambodia. He said:
"I… I don't know. I just found you."
"Singa, have you ever cried before?" Cambodia was worried.
Starlight country was quiet for a few seconds. But then he answered softly:
"Yes."
Cambodia realized that all this time, his friend was hiding everything. And the question "why" didn't leave.
"And you decided to hide it?" tricolor asked.
"Yes. I didn't want you and others to know about this." bicolor answered.
"Crying is normal, you know." suddenly said Cambodia, looking a bit calm. "Everyone can cry. And I can too. There's nothing bad in it."
"I know, but… why should they know about my problems?" Singapore looked at Cambodia.
"If we'll know, we can help you."
"But… what if I lose you… one day?"
"Singa, it's okay. We're here. We're always here."
Tears appeared in Singapore's eyes. He started to cry softly.
"Come here, Singa."
Cambodia moved his hands. Singapore, trembling, hugged him. He started to cry loudly. Cambodia patted him on the back. Starlight bicolor calmed down and caught his breath. He wiped his tears and looked at Cambodia.
"D’you feel better?" Cambodia asked.
"Yes. Thank you, Camb" Singapore answered, looked down and smiled. "You're a good therapist."
"Oh, really? I just tried to help you, heh." Cambodia smiled shyly and put his hand behind his head. "But you're welcome, Singa."
Cambodia laid down. Singapore laid next to him. Both closed their eyes and fell asleep.
