Elena woke up in the dark, disoriented. Her vision was blurry and blurry, as if her eyes were flooded with something. And her body ached in all sorts of places, even places she thought she'd never ached before. And her head throbbed and throbbed with the horrible pain and side effects of last night, which she remembered vaguely and only in fragments. When her senses cleared a little, a chilling horror gripped her as she lay in the cramped bed, pressed down by the heavy weight of another man's body. Then she realized she wasn't wearing any clothes, causing her cheeks to flare red and a shiver to run down her spine. Looking around, she saw a few clothes on the floor that she could put on. Holding her breath, she realized that her captor was still dozing, his limbs weakened by intoxication. If she acted quickly and stealthily before he awoke, she might have a chance. She relaxed and managed to get out from under his body. When the man began to stir, she caught her breath. She froze, waiting for him to stop. When the man stopped moving, there was a quiet sniff from his side. The girl inhaled and carefully, slowly slid off the bed. Once on the floor, she exhaled and crawled to the door of the room. Along the way, picking up a few clothes to cover herself. When she crawled out of the room, she closed the door and tried to get to her feet, staggering slightly because of the pain and numbness in her legs. She looked around and saw that the flat was pretty ordinary, although old. She headed for the bathroom to wash her face and go to the bathroom. It seemed that what he injected her with had affected her body in a way that made her not want to eat or drink anything. Or maybe it was just the stress of the situation. In the bathroom, she changed into the clothes she'd found on the floor: a black hooded sweatshirt that definitely belonged to the kidnapper, and trousers that had managed to stay intact, unlike the sweatshirt that now lay tattered next to the bed in the room. Elena steadied herself in the bathroom, agony washing over her body. But her spirit would not be broken. She splashed water on her face, assessing injuries in the mirror - bruises marring what was left of her dignity. Anger and disgust surged through her, fuelling resolve. She would not remain this man's prisoner or plaything. Not after all she'd endured. Focusing her breath, Elena willed iron back into her core. Her gaze fell to medical supplies left on the counter - painkillers, bandages. An idea formed; She gathered what may aid survival before creeping back to check on her captor. Still unconscious, limp as death. Heart pounding, Elena darted to the flat entrance and jiggled the knob - locked, as expected. But her mind was still sharp, scanning for options, however implausible. Elena realized that breaking down the door was unlikely, but she had to try to do something. Clenching her fists in pain, she looked around the flat for another idea. She noticed a phone on the table and picked it up, putting it in her pocket. She kept looking around. Her gaze fell on a crowbar shoved behind the cooker - probably left there by some past repairman. Wasting no time, she grabbed it and hurried back. Slipping the curved end into the seam between the door and the frame, Elena put her foot against the wall and pushed hard. The metal creaked in protest, but slowly, mercifully yielded. The lock came undone and a beam of light appeared. Elena gasped in relief and disbelief, tears welling up in her damaged eyes. But the escape was not yet complete - she needed to continue moving silently through the fog of weakness. With another glance around the empty hall, Elena made her way outside, clutching the crowbar like a lifeline. Security and revenge could come later. For now, all that mattered was that she was away from this cursed place. As she fled down empty stairwells, battered body screaming with every step, a nugget of luck shone through her ordeal's darkness. Catching her breath in a deserted alley, Elena dug frantically through the kidnapper's phone with shaking hands. A passcode locked its secrets, but she spied the emergency call option - no password required for that lifesaving direct line. Her fingers almost slipped as she jabbed in 911. It rang once, twice, then - - "911, what's your emergency?" Elena choked back a sob. - "Please... Help me... I've escaped, but he might-" She didn't finish before dissolving into tears, the sum total of her trauma pouring out at last. Calm, comforting voices soothed through the line: - "It's alright ma'am, you're safe now. Can you tell us where you are?" Hope surged through the haze as Elena relayed her location through tears. Help was coming; soon this nightmare would end and her journey toward healing could begin at long last. She had survived. Within minutes, police cruisers descended upon the alley, lights ablaze. Officers swarmed to Elena, wrapping a shock blanket around shaking shoulders as a paramedic checked her injuries. - "You're safe now, miss. Can you tell us where this man took you?" Calmly, said the female officer. Elena nodded wearily, leading them up rickety stairwells to the cursed flat. With guns drawn, officers kicked in the splintered door - only to find silence within. A quick sweep revealed no trace of the kidnapper. A glint caught one officer's eye. Under the couch lay a folded sheet of paper, words scrawled in black ink: 'It's not over yet, Price.'

Chills ran through Elena at the blatant threat. But this monster had underestimated her steel will. Whatever other torments he planned, she would not break. As sirens whisked her away for medical care and questioning, Elena swore a silent vow. One day soon, she would ensure this sadist brought her no more pain - by whatever means necessary. Her ordeal may not be over, but Elena Price's fight had only just begun.
