In Magnitogorsk there was a terrible anomalous phenomenon that gave rise to the MZO, Russian authorities are frightened, imposing a complete ban in a radius of 95 kilometers around and urgently evacuating the population to the States or other places. In view of the likely threat, Russia and the U.S. have agreed to a joint kind of all out cooperation. According to one cooperation, a contingent of Russian troops was landed in the U.S. territory.
