A fleeting shadow, cold and gray.
I waited once—I won’t this time,
Your echoes fade, like distant chimes.
I let you go. Do you even see?
No shattered glass, no tears in me.
No desperate hands to clutch your name,
Just hollow peace, and whispered blame.
Maybe it’s wrong to think you cared,
Maybe you never even stared.
But if my memory leaves your mind,
Then I’ll forget you, too—in time.
