In the depths of night, I sit in despair,
Gazing through the window—nothing's there.
I’ll hold my knees, embrace my frame,
Yet feel the void, the hollow flame.
Grant me joy, let me revive,
Let my soul once more come alive.
No more silence, no more gloom,
Light me up, dispel this tomb.
Give me what once made me whole,
You, who once stirred my soul.
Your absence lingers, a silent ache,
In the corner, my tears will break.
Quietly I’ll weep, in shadows deep,
For the love I lost, the dreams asleep.
Oh, bring me back what once was mine,
Let my heart, in your light, again shine.
