They had started dating shortly before Cabby won. They became friends and began to spend a lot of time together on the island where all the eliminated contestants were kept. Tea Kettle liked the fact that Lifering happily accepted her food... And he liked that she listened to his sea creatures facts. They really enjoyed talking to each other! At first they couldn't even imagine that they would date, but very quickly they realized that they had feelings for each other. Because of this, they began to spend even more time together, and the feelings grew stronger... And at some point, Lifering approached Tea Kettle with flowers that he found MePhone knows where, handed them to her and, all while being embarrassed and blushing, said the long-awaited "I love you". The teapot was very surprised then, because she wasn’t really expecting such a turn of events. But it was nice to realize that her feelings for Lifering were mutual. After accepting the flowers, she quickly kissed him on the cheek, and then said that she loved him too. The lifeguard blushed even more, but he was very happy to hear that. And after the confession, they began dating, which all the other contestants quickly found out about!***
"I can't believe that the main character went into this dangerous forest without even thinking about it!" Lifering was indignant when the couple had finished reading the book. It wasn’t very bad, but there were moments they both really didn't like. "Who goes to such places without first-aid-kits?!" Tea Kettle smiled slightly at his reaction, knowing that the lifeguard would always be outraged at the stupid decisions of the main characters who climb into dangerous places without any equipment and are sure to get injured because of it. Shoving a cookie into his mouth, she said, "It's hard for them to think at all, hon. Not only did she go into that forest with some random man, but she also left her little children alone at home… No normal mother would do such a thing!" "No normal parent would do that!" Lifering agreed, finishing his cookie. "By the way, do you have any more grilled cheese sandwiches?" "Of course! I grabbed six of these just for you." Taking the sandwich handed to him, the object smiled and looked at his partner with gratitude. Saying a quick "thank you", he began to devour the sandwich. Tea Kettle smiled back at him, then turned to the other books that had been previously set aside, and began to choose one that they would both like. There was still plenty of time, so they decided to read a few more books. And five minutes later, they hugged each other once again and began to read a new book. It was also a fantasy, but this time it was mixed with romance. And the plot took place not in the distant future, but almost in the same time as now. Both objects hoped that the characters would be smarter than in the previous book…***
They spent the entire day reading books, occasionally discussing what they liked and didn't like. Sometimes they took breaks to eat, drink tea, and chat about all sorts of things. During one such break, Tea Kettle told her lover about a new cookie recipe that she had recently found in some book; Lifering told her about a very interesting type of sharks. And at some point, the teapot decided that she would try baking cookies in the shape of these very sharks, which made the lifeguard very happy. He would love to try such cookies! And in the middle of the third book, Lifering fell asleep. It was already evening, and Tea Kettle decided that reading was over for today. She closed the book, put it aside, and then stood up carefully, trying not to wake her lover up. She wanted to go get a blanket and on her way checked up on Cabby to quickly feed her something. The winner didn’t refuse and almost immediately took a sandwich and a couple of cookies from the kettle, thanking her. Five minutes later, Tea Kettle was sitting next to Lifering again. They were covered with a green blanket. After a while, the teapot also fell asleep, never letting go of her partner. That evening they fell asleep hugging each other.
