She's lying. She's slim, pretty and lies. (c) unused phrase "Murder Drones"
Contrary to the prevailing opinions of some short-sighted members of the Earth community, Maid J was not a monster. Restless - yes. In principle - yes. Practical - well, of course. Strong - again to the point. But not a monster. It's crazy, trying every day to please that poser James Elliott, who was voted for in the presidential election, is no joke. Of course, here you will become not only strong, practical, principled and restless - a real bulldog who knows how to hold a grip, once clinging to the victim with his teeth and never letting him go again. Who the victim this time was - the new President James Elliott or the entire Solar System (after all, as you know, the President is needed only for beauty, and it is not he who controls the System) - history is silent. After all, J had a lot of time ahead of her to sort things out. What idiot came up with the idea for James to become President, the drone never understood. Sometimes it seemed to her that the earthly population voted for him with their eyes closed. Or they had laser pistols pointed at their heads. Or they did something else - maybe mass zombies or large bribes... There are a thousand options, but J could never believe that anyone could choose Elliot of their own free will. Handsome men, who have only one thing on their mind - the desire to please everyone at once, to show their imaginary superiority, always caused her only irritation. And James was no exception—at first. James had one very lucky thing - and that thing was her daughter, Tessa. She brought both J and N. And it’s all about the last one. If he wanted, he could win over anyone, even a bear (if, of course, he managed to smile at him the-way-only-N-can without being eaten), and when he realised that J might need it, he and he also entangled her with his charms. It was strange. Strange and wonderful - it feels like the butler simply enslaved her brains, and they lined up in two ranks, ready to refuse at the first order from the command. It looked like witchcraft - well, or like a paralysing gas of some vile people from one vile island on the edge of Earth (however, the maid preferred not to remember this incident). And what can we say, the newly arrived drone only needed a couple of glances for the maid to begin to thaw, and a couple of weeks to find itself in its embrace. Subsequently, she tried to understand whether he did this on purpose so as not to be deceived by Tessa’s mother, or if she was simply a pleasant addition to his list of entertainments, but she never understood. Perhaps because until the very end she wanted to believe that it was N’s: “Hey, baby, you’re so cool!” — were not just empty words. J was restless, yes, she was a robot, yes, but still a woman. It was, perhaps, easy to come to terms with the fact that the butler began to notice her less often - N had always been a poser without a king in his head, and such an act was quite in his spirit. At least, it was much easier to come to terms with this than with the fact that he so quickly found himself a new... woman. Sitting on one of the huge, dark, dirty, earthly chairs, J looked at the black and white screen, on which the recordings of the robots' arrival into the building and their subsequent movements were scrolled over and over again. She looked and squeezed her hands until it hurt. — In the name of the people, freedom and democracy, all that, - said a smiling N from the black and white earthly screen, - I want to greet myself and this drone to boot. And he, like a real acrobat, flew to the dining table on the same rope that was tied around the neck of the champagne bottle. And he shouted his signature: “Oh, great, I’m delighted!” And then J watched the stunned faces of people in full screen and could not, simply could not help but get angry, because these same faces were seen by every creature in the Solar System that could catch television broadcasts. Tessa found drones in the Pup Pup Nine Many Pup Alpha sector - in the very sector where she loved to visit from time to time to pick up the next robot. J didn’t want to believe that this was precisely why Tessa decided to go there, when she already had two good pets. But, to be honest, this act was quite in the spirit of the Elliots. — Permission for a new maid has been received, - James Elliot said, and J gasped. They will still punish Tessa for another outing, sooner or later, and then J will be able to take revenge as best she can. And she does it well. This is exactly what she was thinking about when she stood in front of the camera where Tessa’s mother read the official message: — This is Vice President Lizzie Elliott. I turn to the newly arrived robot. You are now obligated to serve the Elliot family, or we will be forced to take the measures prescribed by Section 6/2 of the Interstellar Space Code. - James was breathing right into her ear, and it was terrible. She couldn’t resist and, moving closer to the camera, added more gently and calmly: - Tessa. Please stop, this is just ridiculous. And after a few moments, the new maid went into the room. J put her hands to her mouth and walked away from all the people to the far wall of the ship, trying to restrain herself and not cry like a little girl. Or not destroy something here out of anger. She followed her through the estate's cameras. She headed to “Living Room 6”, a room inhabited by some of the most forgotten settlers. Everything J remembered about this room ended with three facts: the indigenous population worshiped a deity named Dgiqof Ailr; indigenous people consume pineapples more often than bananas; It was in this room that the chief priest of the estate gave his religious lectures. — Can I go? - she asked James. He nodded, shaking his double chins: — Permission has been received. After this trip, maid J had one more memory of the “Living Room 6”: it was there that she caught the girl that Tessa brought. She threatened the poor girl with an aerosol can so that she would go with her. While crossing the Manor, the maids saw a couple of interesting scenes: people were watching, how also people were shooting. Drones looked at the screen and saw only N posing, his slender figure barely managing to dodge the rays. And when he left the screen, J, perhaps, even exhaled with relief. In the end, they shot and wiped out hundreds people. — Where are you taking her? - James asked J. — Now to the cell. Then to the dining room for further discussions over food. The President smiled. — I’ll go and decorate our beautiful captive. The cameras in the earthly premises could perhaps be considered the most disgusting in the entire Universe. The maid had almost managed to get used to them - she communicated too closely with people and their captives. The second girl was clearly not used to earthly cells - she sat in the corner with her hands slightly cuffed, her legs tucked under her and huddled into a ball. When the door closed, she covered her face with her hands from the darkness and screamed: — This is a mistake! Let me go! J walked over with her arms folded across her chest, the click of her heels echoing in the far corners of the cell. — Mistake? - she asked calmly. - I don't think so. V removed her hands from her face and looked at her with fear. — Are you... Are you the one of Tessa's robotic pets? — Exactly. But who you are is a question that worries me very much, -J came closer and, grabbing the girl by the hair, brought her face closer to hers. - Who are you, my dear? She had big, scared eyes and an open mouth, and she was cute, too cute for J not to be mad at or jealous of. Did butler N really decide to exchange her for her? — I am V. Uh, Zombie Drone, brought by Tessa from the trash heap. And what do you want from me? I didn't do anything! The maid smiled again at the corners of her lips and said quietly: — I know. Of course she knew she hadn't done anything. Just as she knew that this V, most likely, simply fell in love with the butler, like a girl, and dragged him from her run-down house to travel around the Manor. Such romantic girls always think that this is interesting and funny. And then they end up in earthly cells and are most likely killed, but their passions don’t care. Their passions fly further to wherever they were flying, and poor Vs take the rap for them. — Do you know what awaits you, dear V? - asked J. — N-no. — The death penalty awaits you. — But I... — Yes, you didn’t do anything. You know it, and I know it, but no one else knows, - she ran her finger along her dirty cheek. - Someone has to be responsible, right? V closed her eyes, and for a moment the maid thought that she was going to cry - and this would, perhaps, be the best revenge if the girl realized all her helplessness and dependence on J. — Do you think N will save you? - she asked, continuing to stroke V's face with her fingertips, rose to her temple, buried her hand in her hair. - Do you think he cares about you? - the girl closed herself even more and shook her head negatively. J smiled triumphantly and said: - I even feel sorry for you... — Really? - V replied timidly, pleadingly. The maid brought her face closer to her and exhaled before answering: — No. Not true. The girl opened her eyes - very close, every freckle was visible on her face. J looked into her face and tried to understand what was wrong with her that butler chose her. — Why?.. - she asked. And then suddenly she got up, unbuttoned V's handcuffs and exclaimed: — I want to consider you. And understand why N chose you. Why did you attract him so much? — What?! Nothing! - V shouted. Handcuffs fell slowly, exposing white skin, covered with a scattering of light, almost invisible freckles. — I was not attracted to anything. He just found me on trash heap and hooked me. You... — Shut up, - J abruptly interrupted. V closing her eyes and folding her hands on her chest. The maid came up, looked at her from head to toe, then hit the girl on the cheek, returning to reality. V opened her eyes, and there was fear in them, and it was beautiful. — Come on, tell me. Tell me why he fell in love with you? — Fell in love? - V lowered her hands. - You know as well as I do that N just can’t love anybody. He's too sensitive. — Perhaps… Hmm, you're very beautiful, - she said, wrapping her hands around. — Beautiful, yes, but nothing special. — So what's the matter? - V was breathing heavily. — Nothing, - she exhaled. - I... Oh God, what are you doing? J smiled, continuing to kiss her neck. — There, - she nodded her head to the right, — a video camera. Broadcasts directly into the people’s room. By the way, in this room we have Mario’s portrait. Do you like Mario, dear V? — I... No, I... The maid pushed the girl so that she fell to the floor. Then she squatted down in front of her and whispered straight in her ear: — No one likes Mario. She touched V’s hair - just because she wanted to feel what was special about this girl. The pose was terribly uncomfortable, but she didn't want to get down on my knees - the floor was dirty and slippery, and the suit was expensive. V was lying on the floor, closing her eyes. She feels mixed feelings. When J kissed her lips- a little rough, but that's exactly what she wanted - V sobbed and bent her back. — Do you like it? - the drone asked, making in more and more hard. — No!!! - V exhaled. — You're lying, - J stated. V didn't answer - maybe she just couldn't answer. The maid would like it to be so that the girl loses her head. J wanted someone, no matter, in fact, who, to enjoy lying on the cold, dirty cell floor on the earthling estate, from the fact that she stood next to her and touched the body, from the fact that J was stronger, was the main one. — You like it, - the drone nodded, smiled, and bent down again, kissing V, biting her lower lip. Her knees whined and hurt, but she couldn't stop, continued. When V screamed briefly and mumbled in her hands, J wiped her hands on her suit, stood up, slightly swaying with pain in her knees, and said: — You're right, N can’t love anybody. At least on planet Earth. And there's really nothing special about you. You're ordinary. She stepped over the curled troll on the floor of V and went to the door - the knock of heels was still given in the far corners. — We'll meet again, - she grinned and went out the door. Later, watching V answer the questions of the earthling secretary, because of the transparent glass only on one side, maid J smiled. The girl looked in her direction as if she knew she was here. But J stood straight like a stretched string, and only smiled, seeing the blush on the girl's cheeks. — She's lying, - she told James Elliot. - She's slim, pretty and lies. President looked at her somehow strangely - J wanted to think that he just had indigestion or something like that, but somewhere in his heart she understood that it was all about the fact that the video cameras showed everything that was happening in the camera, on the monitor of his computer, and he, of course, saw everything. He looked at her and hummed. J didn't care - there was nothing special about the girl, now she knew. Now she will be usual maid on Elliot Manor, and it will be over. So, J has a chance - butler N won't get anywhere from her. After all, where is the President of Solar System without his vice-president, and butler without maid.Chapter 1
