Chapter 1:Terrible news

Settings
Jisung loved his city, parties and other entertainment, but during the summer holidays, instead of relaxing with friends at the seaside, he receives news from his parents: he is going to the village to visit some fucking grandmother. His family, by the way, was not poor at all. Then where is the grandmother from the village from? Moreover, why exactly should Khan go to the village? If parents want, let them go themselves. -“Come on, everything will be fine,” said a friend’s voice when Jisung rushed over immediately after the terrible news. They were sitting on the ground floor in a large kitchen-living room. One of the walls (to Jisung's right) was entirely glass, and its door led to an outdoor pool. Jisung was sitting on a white sofa, and opposite him behind the home bar was a huge TV. Hyunjin stood on the right side of the sofa. The door on the left led into a corridor, there was an entrance, a staircase and a couple more doors. Hyunjin's house was huge, the rooms were large. Jisung didn’t know why his friend needed such a big house if he lives here alone and doesn’t come here very often? -”Fuck you,” Jisung’s response was rude, but brilliant and inspiring, so his friend fell silent for a while. They spent another minute in silence, waiting for Chang Bin, who even canceled his training to visit his friend. - ”So what happened to you?” - A cry was heard from the front door - “What kind of mother is his grandmother and what kind of village?” — Chang Bin was confused. He was wearing a tracksuit. He was probably already preparing for training. Or maybe he was already getting ready for training. God knows. - “Jisung is sent to the village for summer holidays to some grandmother, about whom neither he nor I know anything.” Hwang Hyunjin was Jisung's best friend (also his childhood friend) and he knew all of Han's relatives by name, although even Jisung didn't remember most of them. - “So who sends him to the village?” Binny's question sounded stupid, but that was the only thought that came to his mind. Chang Bin was his second friend, his best friend. They met at their favorite bar. He and Binnie then dragged the drunken Hyunjin to the car and home. - “Well, who can? Father, of course.” Hyunjin was right, although Han didn't say anything about who exactly sent him. Jisung's relationship with his father was not the best. Every friend of his knew about it. And Khan had two friends. “Well, you, of course, are a great fellow, squirrel... What did you do?” - "I did not do anything..." - “Yes, and who recently crashed the car that your father gave you for your birthday? Who would start a fight in a bar... A week ago?” Hyunjin's voice became hesitant as he said the last three words. - "Who..." “Fuck...” Jisung lowered his hands. Hwan's house was hot. Khan did not like the heat and could not stand it. He was sweating, his hair was wet, and a stream was pouring from his forehead. Blue strands stuck to the top of head. - “Well, really, Jisongni, this is not a bad idea. I found out that there is a forest and a river nearby. Take a walk and chat. Friends will be found in time, and I’m sure you only have me and Bunny-Binny.” “Maybe you’ll even finally find a girl,” said Chang Bin, “in any case, you’ll take a break from the bustle of the city. And the river replaces the sea...” a quiet giggle was heard from the right. - “To hell with all this. What friends? What kind of girls? Have you forgotten that this is a village? I don’t meet anyone from the village, I won’t make friends, let alone meet.” He removed his hands from his face and put them on his knees. Chang Bin moved closer to the sofa. - “Well... You’ll be in touch, right?” “Hardly, there is rarely internet in the village. But who knows,” Hyunjin said thoughtfully. - "What does it mean? He won't have the opportunity to write to us?! No, well then to hell with it. I will now take your father to this village myself... “Stop,” Jisung said as Chang Bin started to turn around. “You know him, he’ll break all your bones and won’t even blink.” Binny and his father didn't get along. At their first meeting, they almost killed each other, it’s good that Khan mother was able to prevent this. - “Then... shall we go to the club?” — Chang Bin asked Jisung the best question all day. He needed it now... "By the way, when are you going to..." “The day after tomorrow,” his own voice sounded sad and with a request to extend the departure, or, even better, to cancel it altogether. Jisung stood up and headed towards the exit. Friends followed him. They spent the whole day within the walls of the bar, not even thinking that tomorrow they would have to pack their things for the village all day. He leaves early in the morning. There are many things. Very. And Jisung’s friends will help him, with whom he will soon say goodbye for the next 3 months of hell. *** -”Where the hell is this sweater!?” - ”So, calm down, I already packed my sweater. And finally, why the hell do you need a sweater? That's a +10, man”. While Hyunjin was in the kitchen pouring cocoa for everyone, Chang Bin and Jisung were packing Han's things. -”Yes, I know! It's cold there at night” -”Did you have time to ask God about this? Or did the village wind whisper to you?” - ”Hyunjin, of course, is not God, but... Actually, he said that it gets cold at night. And you know, his instinct and ability to recognize something about which there is no information even on the Internet works just great.” - “Well then everything is clear...” -"Guys!" - a long cry from the kitchen. The tone of the voice seemed very familiar to him. Everything immediately became clear: “I have an important task!” I urgently cancel or reschedule things, no matter what!” - yes, he wanted to leave. “Listen, you nasty little mouse,” it was fun coming up with nicknames for each other. Jisung the squirrel, Hyunjin the mouse, sometimes a rat, Chang Bin the pig, but sometimes a walrus.” He got very angry when two friends called him a walrus. But that didn’t stop them from continuing to call him that: “Do you want to run away?” -”Well, Binny, this is really important” - Hyunjin’s eyes sparkled, his cheeks puffed out a little, and his lips stretched forward. -”Found a girl again?”. Jisung responded indifferently. They didn't care that their friend found and lost girls so quickly that he didn't even really remember their names, because it had nothing to do with them. Except when they sat at the bar, drinking away Hyunjin's breakup and heartbreak. But no one minds drinking. Although dragging Ginny home isn't very cool. One day, after another breakup, he sang (or rather, shouted) some kind of love song right in the taxi. Jisung has never been so ashamed. ”Oh, if only,” Hyunjin breathed, “mom is calling for dinner.” “Whoa, is today some kind of holiday?” — Everyone in the trio knew that Hyunjin’s communication with his mother was good, but very rare. No wonder Chang Bin asked such a question. - “She wants something, and according to her, this 'something' is very important” - Hyunjin was not happy, it was difficult not to notice - “But my heart feels to say that this is not 'something', but 'Someone' ” is now clear. Hyunjin loved his mother, but he didn’t like her boyfriends. This is how Hyunjin looks like his mother. They changed partners every time, like Jisung changed his hair color. *** He and So spent the rest of the day packing up a mountain of things. - "Ok, I'm leaving. Call me if anything happens!” “Okay, if I have a connection, I’ll call you right away. Bye,” Jisung said goodbye to his friend and to his home at the same time. Here he is: sitting on the bed, to the right of him near the closet there are three suitcases, two large and one slightly smaller. -“Good luck,” Jisung whispered to himself in the darkness, in order to at least briefly disperse the oppressive silence.
