Zombie

He stood on the edge of madness and despair, clutching a weapon in his hand, ready to confront the vile and inhuman. Determination shone in his eyes and his heart beat with courage despite the panic that gripped the others. But in this dark and devastated world, only the strongest will survive.
Nerves were on edge, drops of sweat rolled down his sweaty face as he carefully moved his feet over the fragments of the destroyed city. His departed friends and family are forever a thing of the past. For some time now he had been wandering alone along these lifeless streets, and it seemed that all his efforts were in vain. He was the last hope of humanity.
And then he saw him — a dead man, one of those bloodthirsty zombies who turned his hometown into a wasteland. It was a disgusting sight — above average height, skin rotten and vile, eyes lifeless and thirsty for blood. The teeth were shards of destroyed medical instruments, and the scars were souvenirs from frantic fights with other survivors.
His heart was pounding wildly in his chest, and the words that excited him sounded in his ears: “I can, I must.” His whole life instantly flashed before his eyes — the desire for growth, the search for meaning, love and pain. But now the most important thing was to understand that he was strong, that he could fight the one who had risen from the dead himself.
Fear pressed in his chest with every breath he took, but he never allowed fear to control his destiny. The lights of a belated feeling — human fear — danced in the eyes of the zombies. Raising his weapon, he entered into the last battle, the last hope for salvation and survival. The sword flashed dazzlingly in the rays of the sad sunset, delivering a fatal blow, the bite that led to death and damnation.
It was a window into a world of death and destruction, but at the same time a window into new hope. For victory over evil is always bright and strength grows along with faith. It was a time when every minute, every step was full of meaning — he had too many rotten bodies behind him to stop.
And with that thought, releasing his breath into the air laced with gnawing fear, he accepted the challenge. He was the one who faced the zombies face to face and did not allow himself to be broken. And this meeting was just the beginning. After all, in the never-ending battle for survival, there is no room for weakness.
