Werewolf

Settings
His quick steps sounded along the deserted street, creating a gloomy echo in the night. A thick fog filled the air, giving the whole environment a mysterious and nervous tension. The houses were already darkly lit by the remains of a street lamp, as if signaling danger. The howl of a wolf could be heard in the distance, reminiscent of the impending threat. The young writer Edward Martin was always interested in exploring dark and unknown worlds, which is why he decided to write a novel about a meeting between a man and a werewolf. It was aggravated by Monday, because the time of night, enchanting with darkness, was ideal for carrying out the assigned task. Seeing a person who can turn into a predatory monster was his long-time dream. He is convinced that only through his own experience will the author be able to convey to readers the power and bloodthirstiness of such creatures. Dusk fell, enveloping the city in its power. Edward warned only a few close friends about his task so that they knew of his intentions. After all, no one knows what could happen during such an unusual and courageous meeting. He went in the direction of a dark and abandoned square. Lighting was not his ally, and he could only rely on keen hearing and piercing eyes. The cold autumn wind penetrated through his coat, but Edward did not notice anything except wandering shadows. With his soul frightened, he continued on his way, as if he were being guided by some invisible compass. Finally, he reached the square. Gloomy trees stretched upward, and their silhouettes created an unpleasant feeling of some kind of Gothic fairy tale. In the distance he saw a barely visible figure. It was a man, or at least almost a man. Thick fur covered his body, and an inhuman, wild fury shone from his eyes. Despite his nervousness, Edward stepped forward. At his presence, the werewolf hissed tensely and hesitated. But words were not needed; a kind of silent unity immediately arose between them. Anticipation hung over the ground. Suddenly, the werewolf released a wild howl and came closer. An indescribable force of emotion took over every cell of his body as his mind merged with his survival instinct. Edward plunged into a world of savagery that he had only heard about and dreamed of writing about. Thoughts and sensations were mixed up. For hours they traveled through the dark streets, discovering curious details between their new limits of consciousness. Unleashing himself from the leash of his mind, Edward realized what he had written. This meeting changed his ideas about the power and improbability of human nature. And at the same time, it opened the door to new admiration. He realized that his human-werewolf story would be stronger, deeper, and more intriguing than ever before. The emotions he experienced will give a liveliness and realism to his work, which no description can convey.
