Poisoned Chaos

      Discord was correct when he said the Mane 6 are smart enough to notice he's missing. Twilight along with Trixie and Starlight came to visit her friend and her friend's husband the next day but they only came across Flittershy with her daughter and Smoothie. Both had no idea where could the magician go. Trixie assumed Dee might get up early to hang out with Spike and BigMac, like they used to do. However this version was declined immediately: BigMac was very buzy at farm all morning, and Spike was dealing with papers and firstgrades at the School of Friendship. None of them have seen the magician for at least a week. Princess had nothing left to do but to gather all Mane 6 at the emergrncy meeting.       All six friends gathered at Twilight's, including Fluttershy. No, not at the Golden Oak Library. Alas, this beautiful place had died in a fire caused by the unknown forces, and with it a lot of rare books were desrtoyed. Fortunately, a small part of library was saved and moved to Twilight's new home - a beautiful castle near the city park at the town's corner. But let's get down to buziness.       It was getting late, Discord never came back and had never been seen in town. Twilight and her friends sat at the grand round table in the middle of the throne room, baby Tender, who Fluttershy brought with her, was sitting on mama's lap, playing with stuffed toy. "Friends," Twilight started her speech, "As we all aware, this morning our dear friend Discord went missing."       A wheezing giggle was heard from Rainbow, making her friend stare at her and judge. Don't judge her too hard, she just remembered how all of them, excluding Fluttershy, treated the old magician after the circus fire incident. Spoilers alert: not very good. "Sorry, sorry, I'm done. Hehe. Go on." "Ahem. So. We've searched the entire town and still found no trace of him. I'm afraid this case got serious. Rainbow, we could use some help from the police." "I'll send all of our groups from this and nearest town if nessecary." "Every second counts now. If we don't find him by at least the end of autumn..."       While friends were discussing their plan to find Discord, Fluttershy was just sitting there, cuddling her daughter and holding back her tears. She was afraid. Anything could happen to her husband, this obscurity scared her to death, and just thinking about what could happen to him dragged her to despair. Baby Tender sensed that despair coming from her mom. She turned to her and gave her the toy she was playing with. It was simple, not very pretty, but still very cute rug doll. This dolly once used to lie near the tree where the missing magician's mother rested, and before that it belonged to baby him. Fluttershy saw her baby girl trying to cheer her up, so she smiled, carefully took the dolly from her and hugged her baby. "Thank you, my little butterfly..." "Don't you worry, Fluttershy," Pinkie caught her off guard with sudden hugs, "We'll find him and you'll live happily ever after once again!" "That's right, darling," Rarity joined, "No need to worry." "Girls... Thank you so much for your support... but if... if anything happens to him I-I..." "Tears aside!" Rainbow Dash rushed towards her shy friend as soon as she saw the crowd gathering around her, grabbed her by shoulders and shook, "Don't you dare giving up just yet, rookie! I Pinkie Pie swear we'll find that horny owl! I am SO sure about this that I bet on ten bits he will run into that room in a few seconds." "Well well, Dash," smirked AppleJack, "Not a very good time but I'll accept that deal." "Girls!" Twilight raised her voice, "No time for joking! Our friend's life is on the line!       And suddenly he great doors aka gates opened with a loud smacking noise, and exhausted Discord rushed into the room. Braids of his flufled up hair fell on his face, almost getting into his eyes. He stopped, leaning on his bent knees and looked quite exhausted, coughing periodically after two or three breaths each time. The six was shocked. "Discord?" "H-hah. Hi girls," Discord said smiling after a few more coughs. "Honey!" Fluttershy with a baby in her arms rushed to her husband, who was safe and sound, crying in relief. "Ha! What did I just say? AJ, you owe me ten bits." "Darn it." "Are you alright?" Twilight came to him, looking worried as Discord already cuddled his wife while Tender tried hard to extend her baby hands to him. "Had better days. But mostly fine." "Where have you been?" "Let's just say I took the wrong turn and met people I've better never knew. But it doesn't matter. I must warn you," Discord looked around nerviously then leaned towards Twilight's ear and quietly, but loud enough for everyone else to hear, said, "There is an imposter among us."       Everyone went completely silent, staring on Discord. Twilight looked surprised, yet she understood what he ment. "An impostor?" Rainbow asked, "But who, why and, most importantly, who?" "I can't tell you yet, for your own safety. But be careful. They're very dangerous and skilled. You've already met that spy wannabe before." "Understood. Thank you for that information, Discord. You and Fluttershy can go now."       Magician nodded and left the room with his wife. They were walking in silence for a few minutes until Fluttershy took his hand and held it tight. "I was so worried about you. Where have you been? You're suit is a mess."       That was true, on a few spots on chest, sleeves, and even the "tail" of his tail-coat were ripped holes as if Discord was fighting a beast. "Fluttershy, don't worry. It ended up good, I'm alive, I'm here with you. Yeah, shame my tail-coat is ruined, it was my only one." "Dummy," Fluttershy kissed him in his chin, because she couldn't reach his cheek, "I'll fix it when we get home. Don't scare me like this again, okay?"       Discord smiled as he gave his baby Tender who crawled on his shoulder a head pat. "Okay."
