Illogicality

In a land where dreams take flight,
I ventured forth, enchanted by the sight.
A shimmering lake, crystal clear,
Mirroring the moon in hues so sheer.
As I walked along the water's edge,
I encountered a talking hedge.
Its leaves whispered secrets, mystical and strange,
As if the world had turned completely deranged.
I followed its voice, entranced and confused,
Through a maze of twisted paths, so amused.
The stars sang a symphony, a mythical tune,
And the moon danced in rhythm, spellbound in its gloom.
Abruptly, I stumbled upon a talking shoe,
It spoke of tales that seemed surreal, yet true.
It had roamed the earth, from mountains to streams,
Collecting stories, weirder than dreams.
With the shoe as my guide, I wandered deep,
Into a forest where serpents could weep.
Trees, upside down, rooted in sky,
My mind twirled and spun, like a butterfly.
Suddenly, I stumbled upon a talking spoon,
It had traveled the world, from night until noon.
It served up conversations, a feast for the mind,
Crazy and whimsical, intertwined.
Through a labyrinth of words, I traversed,
Alighting upon a talking bird, blessed.
Its feathers were rainbows, its song pure delight,
Guiding me through this enchanting night.
I followed the bird to a castle of glass,
Where time stood still, like a frozen hourglass.
Inside, a clock with hands that danced,
In a chaotic rhythm, my heart was entranced.
In this wonderland of nonsensical tales,
Reality melded with dreams, without any fail.
Through the looking glass, I soared and I dived,
A beautiful madness, my soul had arrived.
For in this realm, where logic is absurd,
I discovered the beauty, the magic, and the word.
A symphony of metaphors, dancing in rhyme,
Creating a tapestry, a story sublime.
So, let us embrace the illogical, the strange,
That within it, a world of wonder we gain.
For in this land of beautiful chaos, we find,
A kaleidoscope of thoughts, an eternal bind.
