CHAPTER 2. A new professor

Settings
The first day of classes turned out to be a kind of challenge for graduate student Bang Chan as well. If ordinary students could easily skip this day and forget that studies had already begun, in his case, there were no valid excuses, no more. The results of his hard work in several years paid off, and in addition to his own project a new burden fell on him – teaching a specialized subject for the second-year students. So, while at the university, he could catch two birds with one stone – to study and to earn some money by teaching at the department. Unlike his classmates, the combination of these things did not frighten him. Bang Chan was sure that he could do it, because he was just the responsible person who, if he took up the case, would definitely bring it to the end. Otherwise, his conscience would not allow him to relax. His classmates, however, liked him as he was. Chan took responsibility for them as well, which often saved both time and nerves for everyone. This was the secret of his success in the field of study, science and respect from the teaching staff at the department. And Bang Chan, by the way, was only 26 years old – nothing for the scientific community, which was covered with senile mold.       This academic year, teaching activity put him on the other side of the teacher's desk, and it was not the first time that Bang Chan faced the idea that for the best presentation of the material it was worth taking into account the opinion of the audience. He had no doubt about the independence and cognitive abilities of the students. And in general, he was not obliged to "spoon-feed" the material to them. But he wanted everyone to understand what he wants to convey to them, what is mandatory according to the requirements of his subject, and what can be viewed additionally if they are interested. If not now, then later.       Looking at new faces, he made notes in his head and sometimes in a register file opened on a MacBook. For the MacBook, many members of the teaching staff had already discussed it behind their backs. No one paid attention to a student with such a device, but a professor with a MacBook trampled on the conservative foundations of a higher educational institution and, according to especially respected professors, mocked his colleagues. Bang Chan paid attention to such attacks, but did not respond, repeating to himself that it's much more convenient this way. He still had lecture plans to fill out and print. He didn't and won't have time to write in a notebook with a pen and transfer all this to an electronic version. He may lose or splash something on a printed class journal, and also no one else will make a change in the digital one on a MacBook. First you need to learn how to turn on this very MacBook without instructions.       The only thing his senior colleague helped him with was to warn him that in the group of his "experimental" students there were some kind of celebrities Kim Seungmin and Hwang Hyunjin, tweedledum and tweedledee. The first one was a good catch and all-rounder - a student, council member, an athlete and just a handsome man. He was sharp-tongued and liked to make a variety of jokes. And the second one was an absent-minded creative nature that turned everything around into a drama. In addition to the smart Olympiad winners, who surprisingly did not lose their enthusiasm and potential during the year of study, and these two, the rest of the group did not represent anything special yet. On the first day, many students came already anxious, tired and indifferent not so much to Bang Chan but to the university itself. It was decided to continue the observations.       Unaware that sometimes they hinder a new professor from mentally preparing for the first pair, the mentioned persons again laughed loudly at the entire audience. The others got used to it, and they didn't really care about it from the beginning. Hyunjin's conversations with his friend had always been a priority. At the same time, he appreciated Seungmin's specific humor, which, in general, brought them closer together in their first year at uni.       Like the whole group, they were not warned about the new young staff member, so when Bang Chan entered the classroom, he was not immediately recognized as a future professor. Just another student. Kind of confident, but a little nervous. Nothing unusual. Probably, he will join their group, the professor will hold the first lesson about nothing, and they expectedly will be excused early. Hyunjin was satisfied with this option. During the classes on this subject, he was usually bored and tried to occupy himself at least with drawing. Knowing his traditions and rituals, especially for the second year, he ordered a sketchbook with his own made design on the cover in advance and now he was getting it, an eraser and pencils out so that everything he needed was at hand. The beginning of the lecture was announced.       At first, the lecture seemed to last endlessly, but as soon as he picked up a pencil, the lines of the drawing led him to the recess bell. Seemed that he will have to ask Seungmin for a synopsis once again.       Seungmin, the eternal neighbor in the classroom, handed him the lecture sheets and his comments. Usually, there was nothing special at the classes, so the comments next to the considerate and hastily executed notes were exclusively on the case. This time, with a colored pen and emojis, he left the words specially for Hyunjin, so as not to forget to discuss everything that he had noticed while watching the professor. He should have written down his name, before he forgot. There was something to watch. During his first lecture, Bang Chan was worried and sooo tried to hide it. But it looked extremely comical - a young guy seriously adopted the manner of conducting classes from the old men from the department. This dissonance did not go unnoticed, perhaps, by anyone. Except Hyunjin.              Already at lunch, on the way out of the dining room, Seungmin just couldn't help but remember Bang Chan's teaching.       “Hyunjin, didn't you notice at all? Our new professor Bang Chan is something! He's mowing like an old geezer! It's hard to imagine that quite recently he was the same student as us. Although suddenly something prompted him to this transformation. Although who cares? Most likely, he just wanted to look like an influential daddy, but he overdid it so much that he turned out to become only the dead inside. What a pity!” Seungmin said it scenicaly. Hyunjin was already bursting, but he tried to hold on. And the comedian decided to finish off.       “That's how chronic fatigue and excessive diligence unlocked a new level for him. GrandDAD. And it was no more possible to format into the previous settings. A tragedy worthy of a new plot for my blog! Is there a force that can bring us back the original and glorious Bang Chan? Maybe fresh-blood? I think I'll start collecting material a little bit. They won't let us look for victims on the altar, so we will interview anonymous students if they are ready to take a risk... We will stir up an awesome release with you about saving granddad's life with a kiss of pure love!”       Hyunjin missed an hour and a half of a lecture and didn't know what Bang Chan looked like. Although, thanks to the words of his friend, he had an approximate image, the next class he wanted to have a look at Bang Chan. He loved contrasts. Besides, it could be an interesting plot for his practice in drawing. Express complex things in detail. The idea of drawing a professor might sound a little strange to others, but Hyunjin treated it easier. He was inspired at home, on the street, and in the subway. The university was no exception for him.       Returning from his thoughts to the dialogue, he, as always, appreciated the ingenuity of his friend and encouraged him with a sincere infectious laugh, which attracted the attention of, perhaps, everyone in the dining room. Hyunjin always supported Seungmin, who was in a world of his own and let in all the existing and non-existing broadcast-like stories that he lived in real life. Often they were distorted by his understanding, but his friend called it an original presentation and his author's program. Hyunjin could only agree with this, because it was Seungmin's exclusivity that made him the most popular student at the university. Seungmin was invited to be a host at concerts, shows and even attend plenary meetings of conferences to which he had nothing to do. At conferences Seungmin demonstrated detached cold professionalism, but all other cases were subject only to him, which allowed him to create and say whatever he wanted. Seungmin thought in a special way. At the beginning, they often tried to besiege him, asked him to approve all the replicas in advance and hinted in various forms that there was time to stop generating their strange ideas. But with time everyone got used to it. After all, there were so many jokes and new ideas that it became a brand, an identity, without which no one could imagine conducting any event. Just it wasn't interesting without Seungmin. Hyunjin, as the most sincere and grateful listener, was only pleased.

Seungmin went to the matriculation ceremony, or rather to the buffet, with certain goals. Earlier, he heard from friends that there would be not only first-year students and those in charge, but also one person whom he had been watching closely for a long time. And more. He just has to take the opportunity to talk to Changbin, which he finally doesn't need to create himself. After all, it will not be a bit suspicious if they meet, and he is suited and booted and in a good mood. Changbin will not run away anywhere, so as not to leave Minho in the crowd. Maybe they can have some fun.       Hyunjin had no particular reason. Out of boredom, he decided to drop in just in sympathy and at the same time to meet with friends and Minho. Whom he had known since high school. They went to the same dance studio. Both were so passionate about dancing that they were ahead of everyone in the group so that they became friends.       It started with a competitive spirit and complementarity. It was more interesting and productive to train together. They also met outside of classes when time allowed. They didn't care about the place, as except their own desire nothing was needed for dancing. From playing on contrasts and comparing individual performances and elements, they switched to joint choreos, and due to this, later, during the demonstration period, their duet attracted the attention of the audience and judges. Evaluated both together and separately.       Their styles were different – Hyunjin mostly felt every part of his body, it seemed as if he was a hinged doll, so every movement of his was verified to the millimeter. And Minho took a responsible approach to technique, practicing movements to the ideal and had a discouraging plasticity. A good combination of styles and the expression of different temperaments was achieved by the fact that, in addition to training in the studio, they separately came up with choreos, recorded and commented on everything to the last second. So they helped each other in comprehending dance skills and shared their experience and skills.       If Minho took dancing as the main hobby of his life, or rather his life, then Hyunjin, in addition to dancing, in which he achieved high success, also had drawing. He did not plan to become a professional artist, for him it was just a way of escaping.       Sometimes there were too many thoughts in his head and too much immersion in technique. The dance was a part of his body and existed with him, but when it ended, the only trace that remained after was the recording. He just wanted to express himself in a different manner from dancing. To leave a mark on the world separate from himself, so that there is not a big difference, as when watching a live performance and on video. He was already used to recording the dance and training with Minho. Maybe in the future, he will be inspired by Seungmin’s blog, install a camera in advance and shoot the drawing process in order to post it on his page, but now he wanted to keep the process as something personal and show the public only the result.       Minho was a little older, so a year before and after entering university, he did not attend the dance studio often. The same thing happened a year later with Hyunjin, so fatefully it turned out that 3 years later they met again at the same university! Minho then out of sheer joy even helped Hyunjin to prepare a dance for a performance at a Talent Show. By the way, he also invited Hyunjin to his performance a year earlier. Hyunjin felt a lot of embarrassment then from the movements of the insidious elder, which Minho only managed to master. In return he gave his friend a bouquet after his performance, so finally he was embarrassed as well.       During the official part, as usual, everyone was extremely bored. Although the organizers managed to defuse the general situation. The speech from the teaching staff was delivered by postgraduate student Bang Chan. The hope was that he, as the youngest representative, would be able to attract the attention of students. What is it called, to speak with them in "common language". Contrary to what the guys saw in the classes, his hair was neatly styled. He was dressed in a black formal suit exactly the right size and a white shirt with a tie. It turns out that this is what is needed to attract the attention of students – a handsome stately young man in the prime of life. Hyunjin – an aesthete to the marrow of his bones – just couldn't help but pay attention to it. Seungmin was sitting quietly with his eyes half-closed when Hyunjin started shaking him sharply by the shoulders. He tugged at it, then pointed his finger at Bang Chan. Seungmin didn't really like such concussions of his body, so he calmly looked at his friend, took him by the shoulders in response and pressed him into the chair so that he stopped fluttering. Then he asked in a whisper.       “Hyunjin, why are you so jumpy?”       “Seungmo, Seungmo! Just look at the stage!”       “Well, what didn't I see there? It's Bang Chan.”       “Wait, do you know him? What did you say? Bang Chan, right? Oh, I should have remembered!”       “You already know him, over! Did you fall off the moon? This is our professor. We've already had several classes with him. You listened to me so thoughtfully after the first class, as if you paid attention and found references for the future. And then, it turns out, you forgot and didn't even look. Would you at least remember the name… but no.”       Hyunjin looked at him with even more delight! And Seungmin continued:       “If you could have slept less in the class, you would have remembered at least the faces of the professors. You oaf! And would have grown up already. I cover your ass every time. What would you do without me…”       And Hyunjin no longer heard any reproaches from his friend. All his attention was focused only on the person on the stage. Seungmin thought that this was some kind of another drama and plunged into his thoughts.       “You would, probably, draw without a higher education.” He answered himself and switched. He came here on business and he needed to think over his plan of action for the evening.       As for the rest, not only his main goal – other goals were extremely simple:       The first is a hobby. At such events, you can just find those who need his resourcefulness to finally find the love of your life.       The second is Changbin.       Seungmin and Changbin were in a "friends of friends" relationship. They met just at last year's Show, where the first one supported Hyunjin during his performance, and the second followed Minho to look at the very freshman whose skills a friend was praising so much. "Friends of friends", though not immediately, found a common language despite the fact that it was difficult to find at least some similar features in their appearance. One is a public figure, humorous, active, diligent in his studies, in general, the son of his mother's friend. The second one is simple, companionable, albeit a little cocky.       After a very long time of their clumsy attempts to become friends on the basis of "at least something", it turned out that their extraordinary hobby coincided! Of course, the guys could not be exactly the same, otherwise it would have already pulled on too unfunny jokes of fate. Therefore, they argued a lot about how to bring people together better and more effectively. Seungmin, though jokingly, could condemn some actions, more precisely Changbin's words, after that he always noted that all they do is interfere in other people's lives. So he is not a good fellow and is doing something incomprehensible. It has almost no effect on them, it has no practical significance, but how interesting it is! So it's impossible to stop. Therefore, they continued to communicate.       Seungmin shared his channel with him. In the blog, he also covered love issues. He tried as much as possible not to use names, but with details. The heroes of his stories sometimes recognized themselves, but did not complain, and on the contrary wrote thanks. Or they entered into serious debates that it was all of them themselves, Seungmin has a rich imagination and he takes content from nowhere. Although this was rare. Surprisingly, on the contrary, people were pleased to become popular, find their images and brag to everyone around, they say, look, Kim Seungmin mentioned me. Blog entries were perceived positively, as were his oral speeches, so the blog developed, the administration did not ask him to close it, and Seungmin was looking for someone else to cause happiness. He has a decent number of happy billing couples on his account. Yes, he was a matchmaker with experience and was proud of himself and his results in this matter.       Changbin liked that he had a friend, who was such an influencer. He was more shy in terms of speaking in public and seemed to have special skills for this. Despite this, he had almost no limits in ordinary communication. He believed that the words spoken in time were the key to a successful acquaintance and match of destinies. Therefore, he often became the initiator of meetings and dialogues. With his speeches, he provoked people to further communicate. Seungmin was not satisfied with this method, since he considered it a kind of tactlessness in relation to "objects", and preferred to arrange everything so that their meeting or some kind of interaction turned out as if by itself. Like the haters' comments, Changbin's arguments against it were mainly that things "naturally" happen without the participation of Seungmin and he cannot prove his merits. The clash of opinions kept both motivated with a slight difference in the perception of this confrontation, as there was another very interesting fact in their relationship – Seungmin liked Changbin. So much so that by the end of the first year he began to openly flirt. And everything would be fine, but Changbin saw everyone's love from afar, and in his personal life he was a completely impenetrable fool. Fortunately, Seungmin found it cute, and he had plenty of self-confidence.       At first, he tried to attract Changbin's attention by his favorite methods, namely by talking. He looked up a little on the Internet and came up with more memorable pick up-lines himself. Sometimes he wrote hints in the text of his blog. There was a separate section for this – "About my beloved". It was always written in a convoluted style, so one part of the audience understood everything correctly (Hyunjin and Minho were sometimes interested in his life), and the other part thought that this was a fictional story in which Seungmin sarcastically describes the typical problems of starting a relationship, ridicules the level of modern dialogues and gives piece of advice. Seungmin didn't know how to discern advice among his cries of despair and plans for future attempts. Everyone had their own vision.       Changbin certainly had an exceptional one. When discussing the column with Seungmin, he claimed that this story is a challenge for him, because the case is interesting, and the names are hidden. Therefore, he will not be able to talk to objects as he likes. Insidious and dishonest game. Changbin, for obvious reasons, did not like "About his beloved" and hoped that Seungmin would someday share details with him, so that on this example of the unfortunate figures, it would be possible to decide which of them is still better.       Noticing Changbin on the hunt at the buffet tables, Seungmin patted Hyunjin on the shoulder, making it clear that he was leaving him alone, and went to his "target". Considering all his previous attempts, now he had, basically, nothing to be ashamed of, so he decided to make a pass to Changbin again. It's not as in the saying, that it's all gone to pot, there is still enough time, so there should be no hurry.       Hyunjin would be happy to help his best friend with his love problems, but he didn't know anything about it. He didn't really want to eat, but he had to do something. Left alone, Hyunjin looked around for someone he knew. In his field of vision entered Bang Chan. He was holding a course for a chair against the wall a little away from the crowd. Taking off his jacket on the move. The fabric of the snow-white shirt stretched in motion, showing broad shoulders. While Hyunjin was thinking about the shoulders, Bang Chan managed to throw his jacket over the back of a chair and sat down, resting his elbows on his knees and hiding his face in his palms. After a while, he raised his head, with a slight movement of one hand lowered the tie and unbuttoned a couple of buttons. He sighed, rubbed the bridge of his nose and put on his glasses. He looked around and caught someone's glance. Bang Chan was internally glad that these were not conservative old men who would have started to reproach him for such frivolities. It was not appropriate for a professor to be unassembled in front of students. But it didn't make him feel any better either, because it was the student who noticed him in just such a state.       Hyunjin was looking almost straight at him, but he didn't seem to see anything anymore. He disconnected from reality. He didn't even realize that he had been caught red-handed. And only the voice of Bang Chan, standing exactly in front of him, pulled him out of his world.       “I understand that you are a creative person, Hwang Hyunjin, but try not to sleep in my classes every time.”       “Ah? Oh, yes! Sorry, Professor Bang!”       Hyunjin lowered his head.       When the slightly shrunken student looked at the professor again, he nodded satisfactorily and smiled warmly. Hwang stopped breathing, and stood idle until Seungmin attacked him from a running start, forcing him to duck slightly. It was even strange that Hyunjin didn't cry out in surprise. Usually, it was easy to scare him! This, by the way, amused Seungmin very much. But now he was just like a frozen statue. Seungmin waved his hand in front of the eyes of the "statue" and called.       “Hyunjin! Hey! Wake up! Something happened?”       “…? Oh… that’s you, Seungmo.”       Hwang said in a slow voice. Blinking, he remembered what had just happened and asked.       “Listen, how does Professor Bang know that I'm kind of a creative type? We don't really know each other…”       “I don't know, maybe he noticed you drawing on the classes in between sleeping?       Seungmin shrugged his shoulders.

***

Two months later, Hyunjin's art no longer fit on the pages of the lecture notes and he had to carry an additional sketchbook with him. The first one ended at the beginning of his studies, when there was a lot of time and inspiration. The second order came just now, so between them he painted all the surfaces in front of his eyes. Forgetting that they still have to take some notes to have them checked. This was not usually practiced, but sometimes professors checked their work or that students listened to them and at least recorded something.       Thanks to Seungmin, Hyunjin did not miss anything and replaced notes with new ones when necessary, in order, but he did not remove the drawings. Professors could write a comment after the synopsis or express it to him personally, but even in the worst mood, they did not touch what was drawn. After some time, Hyunjin looked through his creations and, along with observing his progress, reflected, remembering his mood and thoughts associated with each sketch. And if he thought that there were enough changes, and the works in their eternal imperfection looked finished, he showed them to his friend.       Seungmin loved his drawings. In them he saw the joys, the experiences of a friend. Seungmin seemed to be a good judge of people and their emotions, often helping a friend with a parting word or a soothing word. Once he even offered to try to make his own exhibition, but Hyunjin kept saying that he was not ready yet and that he lacked artistic professionalism for this.       Seungmin remembers Hyunjin running after him to show off his just another work, but there hasn't been much of that lately. Weird… Well, there were, of course, a couple of landscapes and sea surfaces drawn… But they didn't seem to hint at mental instability or any other problems. Therefore, at first, Seungmin did not attach importance to the friend's secrecy, but two months of such behavior have already begun to alarm.       “I had to do something, but what?” With such thoughts, Seungmin sat thoughtfully before the first class, looking out the window, then at his friend hunched over the sketchbook. Already during the class, when he suddenly noticed Hyunjin had fallen asleep on the sheets of paper covered with drawings, he shook his head and carefully took all the pencils and pens that threatened to get lost from his friend's hands first. Then he took out an album, putting his hoodie under his head and putting a textbook in front of him to cover his face from the sun and an indifferent, but at the same time surprisingly touchy professor. Seungmin respected Hyunjin's personal boundaries and did not want to look at his drawings without permission, so he closed it under his notebook to put it in a friend's bag after that. He was not shy about drawings, but he could not predict the reaction of other students. Hyunjin will show him everything when he's ready. And it was worth waiting for.       A few minutes before the end of the class, Bang Chan asked for everyone's attention. It was obvious from his face that something was bothering him. He took off his glasses, rubbed the bridge of his nose, put them on again and with a loud exhalation rested his hands on the table. Looking at the students again, he began the announcement.       “Since you are already in your second year, you know that our university traditionally hosts a Talent Show for first-year students every year. And this time the organization of the event was entrusted to me. I also need helpers from among the students for this, since the event is not small. Therefore, I would first of all like to ask your group, since I am leading classes only with you so far. Who is ready to help me and participate in the organization of a Talent Show?”       There was silence in the audience. After all, everyone understood that if you volunteer, you can say goodbye to your personal time after classes right up to the event itself. Few people wanted to sacrifice their time for this… And Bang Chan also understood this like no one else, he was still a student recently.       An awkward silence was interrupted by an equally awkward action. Hyunjin, who had been quietly snoring behind the "fortress" built by Seungmin all this time, started talking in his sleep.       “A~merica~no-o 🎶 … I li~ke…it  🎶 so mu~ch mm…”       It was impossible not to pay attention to this. Seungmin reacted as quickly as he could and elbowed his friend in the side. From which he jumped up so abruptly that the entire barricade was destroyed and books with notebooks flew to the floor, the chair flew back, and with his eyes still closed almost screamed at the entire audience.       “AMERICANO!”              Giggles began to fly through the space here and there. Even Bang Chan, who is always trying to be serious, couldn't help but smile. And this smile, slightly covered with a fist and a playful spark of fun in his slightly narrowed eyes, was the first thing Hyunjin saw when he opened his eyes. At the same moment, the realization of what was happening came to him, and he turned red, looking down. He was ready to simply melt into the ground with shame.       God, save friends like Seungmin! For a professional like him, a split second was enough for decisive action.       “Professor Bang, and here is the first one who wants to help you! Of course, I will not leave my friend, so I will also participate. How will such an event take place without me? Not on my watch! Traditionally, I will be the host. I hope you don't mind?”       Hyunjin kept darting his gaze from the professor to his friend and back in disbelief. He just slept through everything in the world! Seungmin patted his thigh reassuringly, hinting that he should be silent and sit down on a chair at last.       Bang Chan nodded and continued.       “Great! I remember Hwang Hyunjin participated in the show last year, it will be easier to navigate. Kim Seungmin, you are also an experienced participant in events, your help will be very useful! Thank you very much. Then I'll ask you to stay to discuss the details.”       “Fine!” Seungmin replied enthusiastically.       The bell rang, all the students began to pack their things. And Hyunjin zoned out. He did this from time to time, and Seungmin was already even used to it and did not pull his friend at such moments of "system reboot". So, he just started to slowly collect both my own and his things. He sat down to collect the scattered pencils and textbooks from the floor, and saw a sketchbook open. He hurried to pick it up before someone saw it, but he could no longer unsee what was there. On the centerfold was a portrait of Bang Chan in pencil. He was looking away thoughtfully, his tie was slightly loosened, and the top two buttons of his shirt were unbuttoned. The portrait exuded tenderness and sensuality.       Finally, the puzzle in Seungmin's head was completely assembled!

Felix turned out to be very sociable, and that was not said enough. During these two months, it seems that there is no one left at the university who does not know him! With this approach, it was not surprising that he was aware of the upcoming event for freshmen.       Jisung was also quite sociable, although not to the same extent as Felix. Therefore, he often disappeared in the dining hall, then somewhere else. Jeongin did not like to get acquainted with too many people and preferred a small number of friends to them, but close and reliable ones. However, the desire to spend more time with Jisung sometimes outweighed, and he joined walks through the university. Especially when it frankly began to seem to him that Jisung left him too often on breaks. But at such moments Felix always appeared at the right time next to Jeongin!       So this time they were sitting in the audience together and talking sweetly about the musical successes of Jeongin – I.N, when a breathless Jeongin burst into their space.       “Guys! uff;;; Sec, I'll catch my breath… Well, I heard of such a thing.       “So?” Two pairs of eyes looked at him questioningly.       “It proves that in the university every year they hold a Talent Show for freshmen! We just have to perform!”       “Oh, well, yes, I've even decided on a song.” Jeongin said calmly.       “And I helped Ninny choose!” Lix couldn't help but note it with pride and hugged Jeongin. And he somehow looked at Han very guiltily. Of course, he wanted to talk to him about the concert immediately, to discuss repertoire issues right away… With Han…  As it has always been…       “How so?! You knew and you didn't even tell me!!! And I just literally heard from the second-year organizers!!!!”       “We were told about this in class a week ago… I'm not sure, but it seems that then you were very keen on correspondence, and I decided not to pull you. And then you often disappeared on breaks and somehow didn't get a chance to tell.”       There seemed to be a slight resentment in Jeongin's speech, but at the same time without reproach. However, he and Jisung knew each other too well for Han to feel this state of friendliness. And I decided to quickly rehabilitate myself in the eyes of Jeongin.       “Well, since that's the case, I would also like to perform a song! I just started writing a new one, I think it will be ready soon! I.N, I would really need your help. I can't imagine this song in advance without your vocals in it.” Jisung made the cutest eyes that Jeongin couldn't resist.       “Okay, okay Hannie, I'll assist. But I am not sure I’ll be allowed to participate in two spots. It’d be necessary to clarify this.”       “We'll find out just from the organizers!” Lix offered. “Let's meet them after classes. Han, who is managing this event?”       “Ah, I know them, funny guys! I'll write to them then.” offered Lix and buried his face in the phone.       Felix successfully arranged a meeting with the elders while Jeongin thoughtfully peered out the window, thinking about how to get even closer to Jisung so that he finally paid attention.       “Perhaps it will work out in rehearsals?” Jeongin thought and smiled slightly.       At such moments Felix especially wanted to pat the younger one on the head. Jeongin was almost used to it, but in the presence of Hannie, he was always touchy, which upsets Lixi, but also gradually led to some guesses. Meanwhile, Jisung did not see anything around him at all, except for his phone, on the screen of which he was constantly waiting for a message with special excitement.
