Some time later
Luz Bucket himself crawled to the shore, descending onto the sandy ground. Having looked around, he crawled further. He was sure that he could find his relatives only on this island. Following him from afar, Shadow himself also swam. The striped hedgehog, unlike the scorpion, got a little tired while swimming. He had to lie down on the sand and put his head on a huge stone, as if on a pillow. β How tired I am!... I almost drowned!... Well, okay... Iβll lie here for a couple of minutes, rest and then crawl on.Neverland and the Nagas

As soon as Tails, who played the role of Peter Pen, together with the children, reached a small fog and flew through it, they saw the good old island of Neverland in front of them.
β Wow! It seems like we havenβt flown here for a long time, and Neverland hasnβt changed since our last appearance. β Wendy said.
β Why change? After all, on this island time always stands still. Thatβs why Peter himself lives here, so as to never grow up. β John explained.
β Itβs a pity I didnβt take my teddy bear with me. β said Michael.
β Michael, youβve already become a little older to play with the teddy bear. β said John.
β I know, John, it would just be great if he also saw that nothing has changed here.
β Peter, stop on that cloud please! β Wendy asked Tails.
β Fine.
The fox obediently lowered the children onto one of the clouds, which was solid in order to keep the children on him in the air. Then Tails himself landed. He was even surprised that in this world the clouds were solid and that one could walk on them. But of course he did not show this surprise on himself, so as not to give himself away.
β Peter, do you remember how you sat us down on this very cloud for the first time, when you first brought us here? β Wendy asked.
β And how Captain Hook was the first to open fire on all of us when his ship was there, next to the waterfall. β Michael pointed out.
β Certainly! How can you forget? It was fun then. True, now Iβm a little ashamed that you almost died because of me because of this. β Tails overacted a little, remembering those moments from the book.
β You have nothing to be ashamed of, Peter, you did everything you could to protect us from Hook. β the fox calmed the hedgehog.
β Wow, if I had come across this Captain Hook myself, I would have given him a hard time. β Michael boldly boasted and began to pretend that he was beating someone invisible with karate techniques and kicking him, so much so that he almost fell from the cloud. John fortunately managed to catch his little brother and joked:
β Hold your horses first, Michael! It is not enough to be brave and fighting to fight Captain Hook.
β John is right. You also need to be smart and know everything in advance, such as the strengths and weaknesses of your enemy. β Tails explained.
β Yes, thatβs exactly what I wanted to say. β John confirmed.
β Come on, Peter. You surprise us with a couple. Previously, you just loved to play pranks and joke, but now you have become a little wiser and began to think and say smart things. β Wendy smiled sarcastically. Tails saw that the real Peter looked like him, he also spoke intelligently and even thought. Therefore, perhaps Peter is still growing up in this world, if not in age and height, then at least in intelligence and knowledge.
β What can you do! I may not ever want to become an adult like you, but sometimes even I need to become as smart as the adults these days. Well, you never know!
β And we donβt blame you for that. It's good that you're at least becoming an adult. Not externally and not in character, of course, but at least in the head. β said John.
β And I also want to become just like you, Peter, when I grow up. Savvy, cunning, humorous, smart and prepared for anything. β Michael explained.
β Really? β Tails pretended to be surprised. β Happy for you, Michael. Who knows, maybe someday in the future Iβll take you as a partner and weβll mock Captain Hook together. Like Batman and Robin vs. Mr. Freeze.
β A? Who is Batman? β Wendy asked.
β Who is Robin? β asked John.
β And who is Mr. Freeze? β Michael asked.
Tails realized that he shouldnβt have said this out loud, because apparently in this world such characters have not yet been invented or will never be invented at all.
β Forget it! I said this figuratively as an example.
The children then mistakenly realized that he was probably joking and laughed along, playing along with him.
β As always, youβre good at telling jokes, Peter. β Wendy praised Tails.
β Pen, let's fly to the Indian nagas! We haven't visited them for a long time. β John suggested.
β Okay, let's fly! β the fox agreed, again took the children by the hands and flew into a small slope with huts, where the Indian nagas lived on this island. About two minutes later, having flown there, they landed and were met by the great leader himself. Outwardly, he looks like Luz Bucket himself, but he greeted his guests with a smile.
β Ho-ow! β he said, raising his right hand, thereby greeting the guests.
β Ho-ow, great leader! β they answered the leader at the same time.
β We are glad to see you, the Great Flying Fox-Eagle and his faithful friends. Why did you come to the Naga tribe?
β We just flew here sometimes, but today we remembered that we havenβt visited you for a long time and decided to fly to you. β John explained.
β Well. Welcome back, friends. β says the great leader.
Tails himself at this time noticed some black dot at the end of the sea. Raising his hands to his eyes and using binoculars, he saw in the distance that Luz Bucket himself was floating there. Now he was sure that this leader was real. He just looks like Luz, which means he can be trusted. The only trouble is that Luz himself is creeping here and will probably want to force the naga tribe to join them.
β Eh, oh Great Leader, would you please if we were left alone and talked about a very important matter?
β Of course, the Great Flying Fox-Eagle. β the leader agreed. β I'm sorry, kids, but your leader wants a private conversation with me. But since you've come, could you bring us some firewood?
β Of course, great leader, we will quickly. β Wendy answered and the children ran into the forest to collect brushwood.
β Iβm listening to you, Great Flying Fox-Eagle!
Tails takes off his hat and decides to tell the leader the truth:
β You see, oh Great Leader, Iβm actually not your Great Flying Fox-Eagle... Iβm his copy... The truth is not from this world, but from another. And the real Flying Fox-Eagle is still in the city and, as always, fights with pirates.
β From another world?... It turns out that our ancestors were right about the existence of other worlds that are similar to ours, but differ in some events? β the leader thought.
β That's not all! β Tails added. β Look over there! β he pointed his finger towards the sea and put his hands on the leaderβs eyes, like binoculars, so that he could see better.
β Wow! Who is this?... Me?...
β Not really... It's more like an evil copy of you.
β Evil copy? Why?
β He doesn't have his own tribe. He is angry with the whole world and wants to destroy all of humanity along with the Mobians.
β But thatβs not possible! For many years, the Naga tribe has lived in peace and harmony among humans and Mobians, but has not yet shown itself to them. Perhaps the missing boys, with whom our flying fox-eagle comes to us and plays who will catch whom.
β And he doesnβt care about these rules. He arrived from another world to yours in order to set all of you, including yourself, on his side, in order to get rid of humanity and the Mobians, not only in this world, but also in mine, where I myself came from with him, too.
β This is all a serious matter!... Okay, don't worry about it. I'll try to figure it out myself. You can go and rest for now, you did everything you could, honest young man!
β Thank you, Great Leader! β Tails thanked him.
