The evening in the Zone came, and with it came the darkness of the night, which hid many dangers and secrets. A group of bandits known as "Scorpions" gathered around a campfire in a desolate forest area, where they usually rested after a long night of showdowns and robberies. The firelight cast a flickering light, illuminating the dirty faces and ragged clothes of the bandits.
The leader of the gang, named Grozny, was sitting on a log, holding a broken machine gun in his hands. He was a middle-aged man with a shaggy beard and a scar on his face that gave him an even more intimidating appearance. Grozny was an experienced stalker, and his team always followed his orders without hesitation.
But the bandit is bored in the evening. The radio doesn't work, and alcohol is not so funny anymore. Then Grozny decided: "Come on, Heresy, tell us something cool."
"No problem, hear...
the adventures of the Bandit Philosopher
In the dark and dangerous zones of the Zone, where mutants roam and artifacts flicker, there was one bandit whose dissimilarity from others was immediately noticeable. His name was Philip, but everyone in the Zone called him the Philosopher.
The philosopher was known for his strange hobby: he collected not artifacts or weapons, but expressions and proverbs. He carried an old notebook with him, in which he wrote down all the strange and ridiculous phrases he heard in the Zone.
One day, the Philosopher went on an expedition to the Agro-industry, a place known for its danger and the presence of many mutants. He entered an abandoned building hoping to find some phrase for his collection. Inside, he heard a strange noise, as if someone was rustling among the debris.
It turned out that it was a mutant squirrel that was gnawing on some kind of book. The philosopher came closer and saw that it was an old book with proverbs. He decided to save her and took the squirrel as his new companion. He called it a Letter.
Since then, the Philosopher and the Letter have become inseparable friends. They traveled through the Zone, and the Philosopher collected more and more absurd phrases. One day they came across a strange anomaly that gave out the sounds of human conversations from the past.
The philosopher and the Letter decided to investigate this anomaly. They heard a conversation between two stalkers who were arguing about which one of them was pronouncing the proverb correctly. The phrase sounded like this: "The wolf is full and the sheep are safe." One stalker claimed that it was right "The wolf is full and the sheep are safe," while another insisted on "The wolf is full, the sheep are safe."
The philosopher took the recording of this conversation and added it to his collection. Now he had another absurd phrase. The letter also learned something and began to repeat: "The wolf is full, the sheep are safe."
And so, the Philosopher and the Letter continued their strange adventures in the Zone, collecting absurd proverbs and learning from each other. After all, in the world of STALKER, even bandits can be unusual and philosophical personalities.
Grozny: "Well, what kind of vanilla nonsense is this? Stash it, look how it should be...
A bandit named Basiliskus Krysolyubovich was known in the Zone not for his unquestioning cruelty, but for his passion for collecting bottles. He was known as the most evil bandit when it came to robberies and murders, but his real passion was empty glass containers.
Every day, Basiliskus went in search of empty bottles, like other bandits go in search of artifacts. He walked around every corner of the Area, always armed with his gloves and a glass container bag. He insisted that only he knew the true value of these bottles.
All his bandit associates laughed at him at first, but then Basiliskus began selling the collected bottles in one of the camps. It soon became clear that he had become the richest bandit in the Zone, thanks to his unusual passion.
One day, when Basiliskus returned from another expedition in search of bottles, he found that his camp had been looted. All his treasures, empty bottles, were stolen. He went in pursuit of a mysterious thief who turned out to be another bandit whose passion was plastic caps.
Following him through dangerous areas and fearing radiation, Basiliskus and his rival ended up in front of an old nuclear reactor. Here they staged an epic fight, throwing bottles and lids at each other as if they were projectiles.
Eventually, after a long and frantic battle, they decided to stop and walk off into the sunset, each with their own collection of empty containers. They never found out who the real thief was, and they remained the richest bandits in the Zone.
Grozny: "Well, how do you like it? Okay, I can see by my eyes that I liked it less. So, we should have already gone to crush Kemar. So you are a Heresy and you are a Philosopher for the sentries."
Meanwhile, the gloom of the Zone enveloped the buildings.
