"Open it," she encouraged.       Neil shifted on a pillow he was kneeling on. Soon he discovered that the box was hiding a knife inside. Neil's eyes widened. He took it delicately in his hands.       "Do you like it, darling?" asked Renee softly.       Neil nodded quickly and looked up at Renee. "Yes. Thank you, miss." Her boy was so adorable.       She gestured to the far wall in the room, where a chair stood with Riko sitting in it. Renee made sure he had no way of moving or talking.       "Your brother volunteered to help you," said Renee to Neil. Well, that wasn't the truth. She had to convince Riko a little bit but Neil didn't need to know that, she thought.       "Go to him." Renee shooed Neil away. The man quickly went to Riko and straddled his lap. He couldn't hide his grin.       "Thank you, you are the best!" said Neil mockingly and kissed Riko through the gag. Riko glared at him, which only encouraged Neil further.       Neil made the first cut on his brother's chest. Riko whimpered and shuddered.       With every cut Riko's eyes got more hazy. Intersting, Renee thought. It was something she wanted to explore later.       For now Renee let her boys have their fun.
