Imagine that you were Jasper Hale's girlfriend.
***
You and Jasper were lying on the bed in his room. Your fingers were intertwined, he was hugging you with his other arm, your head was resting on his chest, and Jasper himself was covered with a soft blanket, although he did this only so that you could snuggle closer to him. You were covered with a thicker blanket. The weather wasn't particularly cold, but you were freezing anyway, especially hugging an ice-cold vampire. But despite that, you didn't want to move one bit.
Jasper wrapped you up tight to keep you warm and kissed the top of your head.
"Are you comfortable?" he asked softly, looking at your figure pressed against him.
You mumbled something unintelligible in response, and Jasper laughed softly. His laughter echoed in his chest and you felt the vibrations going through you.
"I don't see anything funny at all," you muttered, raising your hand to stroke his face blindly.
"You're funny," Jasper had a small, soft smile on his lips. He closed his eyes when your hand touched his face. "Small and funny," he whispered. "And mine."
"Not funny. But yes, yours," you sighed happily, turning so that you could see his face. His golden eyes shone with love.
He leaned forward and gently touched your lips with his lips in a soft short kiss. When he pulled away, he hugged you tighter with both arms.
"Missed you," he whispered softly.
"We hadn't seen each other for only half a day while we were at school," you reminded him softly, and he muttered something into your hair that sounded like "I missed you anyway". Your face softened. "Me too."
You closed your eyes, pressing your cheek against his chest again. Your breathing and heartbeat were steady and calm, and you trusted him, knowing that he wouldn't hurt you, especially intentionally.
He stirred slightly when he heard one of the other Cullens outside the door, blinked, and then carefully put you on the bed, got up, kissed you softly on the cheek, and left the room.
You wrapped yourself in a blanket, like in pita bread, and settled back comfortably, closing your eyes.
According to your feeling, Jasper returned back to the room in about twenty minutes. He came in and froze on the threshold, because for a few seconds you didn't hear his footsteps. And then he settled down next to you, gently hugged you and hugged you to him. And he probably took cover somewhere in between himself, because you felt the warmth of the blanket that he was covered with earlier.
He kissed your hair softly and whispered something soft and quiet, but he didn't hug you, probably fearing that you would feel cold. Then he additionally covered you with the blanket he was wearing, closed the window in the room and leaned back against the pillows, taking a comfortable reclining position on the other side of the bed so as not to interfere with your rest.

You opened your eyes and blinked, trying to focus, but the room was dark, and you were sleepy, and it took you a moment to realize that Jasper wasn't here again. You heard his voice from somewhere in the hallway and, sighing, you burrowed deeper into the blanket and closed your eyes again, trying to keep the remnants of sleep.
You heard the door open and moved slightly, hiding from the lamplight. After a few seconds, cold lips touched your temple.
"Good morning," Jasper whispered.
"Good morning," you replied softly, smiling softly, but you still didn't open your eyes.
Jasper smiled back, then tilted his head slightly to the side, looking at you.
"Did I wake you up? " he asked softly, gently brushing your hair away from your face. "Did you get enough sleep?".
"No, and no," you muttered sleepily, stretching. You felt tired, even though you had literally just woken up. That's why you weren't in a hurry to get out of the warm bed, on the contrary, you pulled yourself closer and hid your yawn in the blanket.
Jasper adjusted your blanket and kissed you again.
"You're a sleepyhead," he whispered softly.
"Nah, I'm a late riser," you mumbled indistinctly in response.
Jasper laughed softly.
"It's the same thing," he whispered, as if he were telling you the greatest secret in the world.
You muttered something displeased and incomprehensible, and Jasper lay back on the bed and you opened your eyes only to immediately put your head on his chest. He made sure you were covered with a blanket before letting his hand settle on your back.
"Rest," Jasper whispered softly, kissing the top of your head. "I'm not going anywhere. I was just hunting".
You took a deep breath, relaxing in his arms, and closed your eyes, falling asleep again.
