Her heart was being torn apart by the pressure, its torn pieces turning to dust wafting through the rib cage. The crumbs hit each other, flying apart, then collided again, smashing into the ribs, finishing her off from the inside. Nemi sobbed into the palm of her hand covering her lips, but she didn't want to scream anymore. If only it would stop, if only it would take away the void inside. But how does one get rid of what is by definition the absence of everything? By filling it up again.
Notes:
Basically, I'm writing (slowly but surely) just "for the table", but maybe someone will like it. The title and description are probably subject to change along the way. Also originally i'm writing in russian, so the translation might be kinda wonky but I'm doing my best to fix things when I notice them. <3
