This story begins in a small town called Hurricane. Everything that has happened recently in this city has shocked everyone in the area. A wealthy entrepreneur and talented engineer, William Afton, opened his first entertainment place, where, in fact, he invested all his talent. Fredbear's Family Diner was one of the city's brightest and most fun establishments. But then the restaurant closed and Afton planned to open a new cafe with more modern technology, which would be called “Circus Baby Pizza World”... But it didn’t even have time to open when William’s daughter died there. Nobody knows how she died. And Afton decided to bring back good old Fredbear and his Family Diner. Unfortunately, William's youngest son died on his birthday at Fredbear's Diner, and before that his only daughter died, but what about the beginning of mass murders related to children ? Everyone was indignant about this for a long time and even thought about whether Mr. Afton himself killed his own children and became a complete psychopath who took innocent children’s lives? But this theory was quickly disproven. An exemplary family man, far from a poor person, and simply a charismatic man would hardly be capable of such a thing. And thirty years have passed since then... Everyone quickly forgot about children's entertainment and fun at Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, as did William himself, who mysteriously disappeared. Now all that remains of that restaurant are rotten ruins and empty ruins, filled with fear and called "Fazbear's Horror Attraction". Now a pretty girl of twenty years old is heading here. A green-eyed blonde in a gray coat, her blond hair pulled back into a high ponytail. She walks along a spring street while the wind blows her bangs. It's March. The girl plans to get a job based on an advertisement she saw in the newspaper. One abandoned place requires a night guard, from twelve at night to six in the morning. The pay is not bad, and the work is not difficult - just sit and watch the cameras and guard the object. And now the blonde already takes hold of the rusty handle and opens the same rusty iron door, enters the very room where night security is required. Everything is so dark and dirty, as if it hasn’t been cleaned up for thirty years, the future security guard thinks. She timidly moves forward when someone suddenly grabs her hand. The girl turns around sharply and sees a short old man with round glasses and gray hair on his head. He is hunched over and smiles tightly, not for real. — You must be on an advertisement, right? - he asks. - Miss Richmond? -his voice is trembling, as if everything is not all right with the old man now. The girl quietly withdraws her hand and nods her head, so that she is shocked by the surprise of this impudent old man. “Come with me,” he says and, crossing his arms over his chest, leads the blonde along. The two enter a rather gloomy and empty office, where there is nothing but a piece of paper on the table and a pen nearby. “Have a seat,” the old man points with his hand at a shabby chair, and he sits down opposite the girl, nervously smoothing his gray hair. “First of all, hello.” He noticeably calmed down and came to his senses as soon as the future employee sat down on the old stool. He began to behave with restraint and leisurely. The old man smiled, crossing his arms. “Hello,” the girl said timidly, not understanding such strange gestures and mysterious behavior. — I'm Aline Richmond. I'm studying at the institute and want to become a lawyer. Part-time work is needed in order to have more profit, because the scholarship is... Well, you understand, she says, looking around, anywhere, but not at the old man. - Yes, I understand. Therefore, let's get straight to the point. - The man winces and with trembling fingers of his left hand pushes a piece of paper towards the blonde. “I’ll explain everything to you and you’ll sign at the end of the employment contract, okay?” - the old man said with a smile. “Yes, of course.” Aline did not find fault with anything from the situation or the man’s behavior, because that kind of money for such work was very valuable. — Your shift starts today, exactly at twelve o’clock at night. You must monitor security, look at the cameras and prevent failures in the system. They will pay you one hundred and twenty dollars and if you suddenly hear something strange, don’t worry. It's just noise outside or a random sound. Do you agree to these conditions? - the man’s voice was already more confident and even rude. Richmond took the pen and quickly put her signature in the special column that was located at the end of the sheet. “The Fazbear Entertainment Corporation is not responsible for your life or damage caused to you...” the girl reads quietly. - In what sense? - she asks, raising her eyebrows in amazement. The old man clears his throat nervously and looks away. - Don’t pay attention, it’s just that everywhere you are required to write like this, so we drew up such an employment contract. Don’t worry. - The man looks again at the piece of paper and at this signature that he so longed for. The blonde hesitantly hands him this damned document. - Good. Today you can start work. - The old man looks at the piece of paper and smiles, not smiling kindly. Aline gets up from her chair, puts her hands in her pockets and plans to leave, wants to leave this dirty and intimidating room. “All the best, Miss Richmond,” she hears from behind, but does not answer this so feigned farewell and silently leaves.
