To communicate with Lisa, you need to have unlimited patience.
Leonard understands her better than the others, because they grew up in almost equal conditions, except that sometimes Lena's punishments were harsher than Lisa's or vice versa.
When Lisa has Cisco, at first he does not understand why she laughs at one moment, and after a couple of moments freezes and looks at one point, pursing her lips.
Lisa wants to tell him, but she's afraid. He is afraid that he will become the same as his father and the nightmare will begin anew. She's afraid he'll think she's crazy. She is afraid that he will simply leave her, leaving her alone in this nightmare.
Leonard has Barry and they're happy. Yes, Lisa knows that Lenny will not leave her and will always help, but she wants to fly out of the "parental" nest, out of the custody of her older brother, wants to find a reliable person to live with him happily ever after.
She thinks she found such a person in Cisco, but still doubts. Yes, he is brave, honest and kind, but she absolutely does not see him as a husband and father, because she herself had a bad example before her eyes.
She loves him so much that she is even ready to leave him herself if he suddenly asks. But he doesn't ask. And Lisa carefully looks into his face, looking for the slightest signs of discontent. She knows them, she's seen them, even if it's been a long time.
"I'll wait as long as I have to. If you need time, help, anything, I'm ready," Ramon says, smiling a little, and Lisa begins to cry. After all, her Cisco wants to help her.
She begins to doubt it immediately, but Cisco looks so sincere and so worried that all thoughts about it immediately evaporate.
He needs her.
Does he need her?..
She looks into Cisco's sparkling, hopeful eyes and answers her own question.
