Dazai Osamu is a mysterious manga and anime character. Prone to suicide attempts, the owner of high and strategic intelligence. Before working as a detective, he was a member of the Port Mafia, where he occupied one of the leadership positions. But this chapter will not talk about his past, but only about his criminal life. The theory will be devoted precisely to this; to some it may seem nonsense. It’s worth delving a little deeper into the times when he had not yet become part of the Port Mafia. In the light novel Dazai and Chuuya, it is mentioned that he first met Mori, becoming his accomplice in the murder of the Port Mafia boss. That the sheep, probably before Chuya arrived, offered him to join them, but he refused. Have some fans of the title wondered how Dazai got to Mori? How did the sheep know about him? While reading the light novel, I thought long and hard about these moments. There was only one answer: Dazai was originally part of the criminal world! As a boy, he ran away from home, where, like the writer, he may have been sexually abused. For the sake of some goal or interest, he joined a small group that was engaged in either robbery, or murder, or something else. During the time that Dazai was there, his name became known a little, but not as much as under the Port Mafia, of course. The sheep, having learned about a certain guy their age, became interested in him and his intelligence and decided to invite him to their place. Dazai, who saw no interest or point in joining them, refused. He continued his journey with that group, spent some time with them, after which he made another suicide attempt. People from that group saw no other way out than to find an underground doctor and brought him to Mori, which, as we know, became the trigger for Dazai’s entry into the Port Mafia, where he gained such fame among various groups that they were afraid to cross his path or to meet him at all. I voiced a theory that had been in my head for a long time. It's the most plausible theory at the moment, but who knows? Over time, when our Dazai's story begins to be revealed, we will see whether it turns out to be true or not.
