Lollipop and vitamin C

Rampo was sitting on the kitchen table, swinging his legs in the air and eating a lollipop. Of course, he knew that it was not worth eating sweets at this time — but it never stopped him. Edgar came into the kitchen, smiling warmly at him. The detective was known as a bit of a little scoundrel when it came to prohibitions.
— Honey, didn't I tell you that eating candy so late at night is unhealthy?
Rampo, of course, knew this perfectly well, it was not the first time he had heard these words, and it is unlikely that this time will be the last. To a greater extent, he was in the position of a prankster who was ready to hide sweets in various hiding places, just to enjoy them. If anything has suffered from his habit, it's the evenings themselves. However, he didn't mind these conversations. He was more amused by all this. He licked the lollipop with pleasure, the taste of strawberries poured sweetness over his tongue. A little whim, that's all. He answered him with a sweet smile:
— But it's delicious. Besides, it's just one little lollipop.
Edgar walked up to him and picked him up without much difficulty. He liked to caress to distract him from sweets. Rampo protested for a second, then put his arms around his neck. Then he leaned closer and whispered in his ear:
— But you're much better.
He licked the lollipop, letting the candy slowly drain into his mouth, making sure that he saw his every move. After a while, he licked his lips to make an even greater impression. Today he wanted to see that priceless face of a writer who has too many thoughts, resulting in a blush on his cheeks. And, of course, it worked flawlessly.
Rampo threw away the stick left over from the lollipop, after all, he was a little squeamish about it. And, in fact, he was very pleased that his boyfriend hugged him like that and held him in his arms. Probably, it was brazen of him to take advantage of it. But he didn't think much of it. He innocently kissed him on the cheek, leaving a sticky sweet kiss there. Oh, he knew how to please him.
Edgar winced as the sticky substance of what used to be a strawberry lollipop appeared on his cheek. The detective giggled and pulled away from his neck.
— Come on, don't sulk. It's just a lollipop! It won't kill you. In fact, it had a lot of vitamin C in it, so I can say that it is good for you.
Edgar sighed, feeling that his boyfriend might have been right, but he also thought that it annoyed him that he always used this loophole to avoid punishment.
Rampo snorted triumphantly, feeling that he had won this little battle, he always knew what argument to bring in his favor. Although he did not want to justify this cute sign of attention. At the same time, he felt like he wanted to hug. He always followed his desires. That was his philosophy. His every wish is for the best, and for nothing else. So he moved closer to him, hugged him tightly, much tighter and buried his face in his neck.
— Good, good. I give up, dear Detective. You've won again. You really spoil me.
Edgar laughed and hugged him back. His boyfriend has been quite obsessive lately, although he thought it was because he loved affection. He smiled at his boyfriend, ignoring the remnants of candy on his face. He gave him a quick kiss on the forehead.
— But it's time for us to go to bed.
Rampo exhaled slowly, smiling imperceptibly, he felt this pleasant drowsiness. The feeling of victory left him with a pleasant feeling, even better than from sweets. He nodded slightly, happily agreeing with him. At the same time, he stroked his boyfriend's hair as if to calm him down. He answered him quietly:
— Sounds tempting...
That's what he wanted to hear. He laid him on the sofa and covered him with a blanket. Then he bent down and gave something. It was another lollipop. The writer just couldn't help but spoil him.
— Here, dear. You can eat this lollipop before going to bed.
Rampo smiled and took it before his eyes widened. It was his favorite strawberry flavor: it seemed to be almost deja vu.
— Oh, thank you! Just what I needed.
And he immediately started eating a lollipop before crawling under the blanket.
