Rainy evening. A man in a pastel coat opened the door of some storage room in the middle of an office building. It was dark in the small closet, there was no one, unlike things. It looks like a warehouse. The man muttered something angrily and turned back. A girl wearing round glasses appeared in front of him. She was clearly no less surprised than the man himself. The girl blushed a little, but asked a modest and quiet question. - Please excuse me, but why did you come here? -  the lady’s voice was barely audible, it almost merged with the sound of rain outside the window. - I'm looking for the Lost and Found office "Corner of Hope". It looks like I was in the wrong building. - the man answered calmly, looking at the woman’s bare legs. - Oh no. You’re not mistaken, it’s here... - the girl said a little scared, pointing to the open storage room. - Here? Mhah, what a joke! – The man smiled and looked mockingly at the closet. Finally, his eye was drawn to a sign that read “Corner of Hope,” standing in the shadows. The smile instantly disappeared from the man’s face. - Hmm, so-so... - Oh... Have you lost something? Can you tell me what exactly? – Locks of curly hair lay neatly over the girl’s modest and frightened eyes, which emphasized her elegance. She stepped forward of the man in the coat and began rummaging through the things in the “warehouse.” - It was a bag. - the man said reluctantly, quietly kicking a backpack. -What color of it? – the girl said, going to that backpack and taking out a notebook with a pencil. She quickly wrote something and put it back, - When did you lose it? - Beige, yesterday, - the man said, moving away from that backpack a little in surprise. - Beige yesterday... - the girl muttered under her breath, bending over a box of bags, - What size was it? - Ah,it’s small, childish… - the man in the coat answered hesitantly, examining the girl. - Childish? What's inside it? - Teddy bear... - Bear? – the girl said in surprise, but still quietly, turning to the man, - Excuse me, but do you have a daughter? - Oh yes! She’s coming tomorrow, and I wanted to give her a handbag with a bear... - the man said good-naturedly, smiling. - Oh, this is wonderful! Wait a second please! – the girl turned to the boxes and began to look for the bag more diligently. After a couple of seconds, she extended her hand up with a small beige bag with a bear paw sticking out of it, - Is this? - Yes! – the man said cheerfully, taking his purse, - Well, goodbye! - Goodbye… - the girl answered the man walking off into the distance. The rain subsided, and the dogs howled again. It seems that someone's soul still has not calmed down.
