It’s all Bobby!

      Katherine, for so many years of friendship with Hiddleston, is used to being not only his make-up artist in the theater, but also a nanny for his dog. Bobby was a Chocolate Cocker Spaniel with a rather mischievous personality. The girl liked to spend time with Bobby when Tom was on the road, and she also liked Tom himself. Let it be a cliché, because she is his make-up artist, but Katherine’s heart decided so. Hiddleston was older than her, much taller and, as Katherine herself thought, much more beautiful. She never gave a man a hint of her feelings, tried to forget him with the help of other guys in her life, but nothing worked. In the end, giving up, she decided to just wait for a miracle that Tom himself would pay attention to her, or or wait that falling in love with this man will pass by itself.       And now Katherine was cooking her dinner, singing along to a song playing on the radio, and waiting for Tom to ring her door to pick up Bobby. It had been dark outside and it would have been nice to turn on the light in the apartment, but Katherine was too lazy and the only source of light was a dim lamp over the stove. Bobby twirled under his feet, wagging his chocolate tail merrily. He was pleased by the smell of the food being prepared, or by the knowledge that his beloved master would soon come for him.       Taking the sauce off the stove, Katherine poured the hot liquid into a deep bowl and began stirring it with a small wooden spoon.       — Well, what are you doing here? — She asked Bobby. — Are you waiting for your master, my mischievous?       Katherine squatted down beside the dog, holding a hot bowl in her hands.       — Soon he will come and you will be together again, — she continued. — Wish I had that too.       Bobby, as if he understood what Katherine was talking about, barked loudly and jumped with his front paws at the girl. Katherine lost her balance and flopped down on the white tiles of her kitchen while spilling hot sauce on herself.       — Bobby!       Jumping to her feet, the girl put the bowl on the table and took off her soiled T-shirt, remaining in her underwear. Hot liquid did not have time to burn her delicate skin. Bobby started licking off the sauce left on the floor like it was the best food he’d ever eaten.       — Bobby! — Katherine said loudly again.       Pushing the mischief away, the girl grabbed the nearest towel and began to clean up the rest of the sauce from the floor.       After quickly mopping the floor to prevent Bobby from ingesting the unhealthy sauce, Katherine tossed the towel in the trash.       — Oh, Bobby, well, you are a mischievous one!       Suddenly the doorbell rang.       Katherine, completely forgetting that she was now in her underwear, ran to open the door for Tom, turning on the light in the corridor along the way.

      To say that Tom was surprised by this appearance of his friend is to say nothing. Speechless, the man stared silently at Katherine, frozen in the doorway.       — Why are you on the threshold? — The girl asked incredulously. — Come in!       Katherine grabbed Tom by the arm and simply pulled him into the apartment, slamming the door.       — I’m cooking dinner for myself and if you’re not in a hurry, we can eat together. — The girl continued, still not understanding why Tom was looking at her so strangely.       — Hmm, Katy… — the man said embarrassed, — you are without clothes.       — Tom! — The girl screamed in fright, grabbing her coat from the hanger and wrapping herself in it. — It’s all Bobby!       Cheeks, ears, the whole face and neck of Katherine suddenly began to become covered with red spots of embarrassment. All she wanted now was to sink into the ground or disappear in shame.       Tom was still looking stupidly at Katherine and blinking. He knew that she was a beautiful girl, he saw it even before today’s events, because Katherine was attracted to him. She was sweet, funny, smart, her smile always cheered him up and every time he returned to London, he almost ran to her apartment, but not only to pick up Bobby. He wanted to see her as soon as possible, hear her voice and feel her warm embrace.       Forgetting about his gentlemanly upbringing, Hiddleston took a step towards meeting Katherine. Red parted lips, large eyes — everything beckoned him. Succumbing to the temptation, he stepped even closer. A groan escaped Katy’s lips.
