Imagine that this is the first time you've seen Kira use her kitsune abilities.

You stared at Kira with all your eyes. Blood was running down her face, but her eyes burned orange like the flames surrounding her.
You even backed away from Kira, catching the outline of a fox in the fire around her. The presence of kitsune's spirit was so strong that it seemed as if Kira was not there at all, and kitsune was firmly established in her body.
When Kira stared at you, you swallowed nervously.
"Won't she attack me?" Without taking your eyes off Kira, you whispered to Scott, who was standing next to you. Scott reached out to pull you closer to him, protecting you just in case.
"No, she shouldn't," Scott whispered back, also looking at Kira.
You could have sworn that you saw a faint smile on Kira's face, but the smile disappeared so quickly that you thought you were imagining it.
