«Teen Wolf». Liam Dunbar. Anchor (#46)

Settings
Notes:
Imagine that you were Liam's anchor and died. *** Werewolves have their own anchor, which helps them not to turn into a werewolf during anger. Liam lost his anchor, lost Y/N. This girl was not just an anchor for him, she was the best friend of childhood, youth, and also had to be her in old age. But this will never happen now, because Y/N Y/L/N is dead. * The young man did not know with whom he could share his grief, so he entrusted it to his wolf side and was very surprised when he realized that he had run to the McCall house. "Liam?" Scott asked in surprise when he saw Beta on the threshold of his house. Dunbar didn't look well: tear-stained red eyes, trembling lips, shaking hands and feet, and he himself was shaking all over. "Can I come in?" the guy asked in a hoarse voice and McCall stood aside, letting him into the house. He did not dare to start a conversation, the guest himself did it for him. "Y/N is dead," Liam quickly blurted out, trying to look impassive, but his wet eyes and trembling lips gave him away. The alpha gasped and grabbed the door jamb just in case. "Y/N?" the black—haired man asked stupidly, "is she your anchor?" The werewolf tried to look anywhere but at his leader, and then suddenly howled like a wounded animal and sat down on the floor, holding his head in his hands. Scott came closer and hugged his friend, squeezing his shoulder with his palm, and Dunbar, clinging to the older werewolf as if for a lifeline, shook with barely restrained sobs. McCall knew that no words of comfort would help in this situation, so he just hugged the guy, hoping that through hugs he would be able to convey how sorry he was for the loss of his beta. Y/N for the whole pack, McCall was a ray of light: cheerful, perky, she quickly found a common language with Stiles and these two unanimously claimed that Scott was a jerk when he made some wrong, in their opinion, decisions, which, by the way, eventually turned out to be true, the decisions were infidels. Lydia and Y/N were best friends, and the girl managed to make friends with everyone, including Derek and even Peter. The two guys sat in an embrace for a while while Dunbar calmed down, and then Melissa came from work, to whom Scott quickly explained the situation. The woman also sympathized with Liam and twenty minutes later called both guys to drink tea. Over a cup of strong drink, they talked and the younger McCall promised to help his beta on a full moon if he lost control.
