Being Cora Hale's girlfriend:
• You were human and Cora Hale's childhood best friend.
• You were very friendly and practically inseparable.
• Constantly went for a walk.
• When the Hale house caught fire, you, like everyone else, thought that Cora died there with her family.
• But then you found out that she was alive when you accidentally saw her at school.
"Cora?!" there was no limit to your surprise.
"Oh my god!" Cora threw herself on your neck.
• Then you tried to find out from her where she was all this time.
"Where have you been? I thought you were dead..." your eyes were huge with surprise.
"Oh, no, I traveled," she smiled softly, looking into your eyes, "I was in South America. Recently returned".
You nodded.
• But you didn't know about the supernatural side of the town until you accidentally saw Scott McCall and his best friend, whom you often saw with Derek, fighting with some wolf-like people. But are they people?..
• Having rightly judged that there was little you could do to help them, you almost stayed in your parents' car, but at the last moment changed your mind and decided to help at least in some way, even the smallest ones.
• And your appearance confused these creatures so much that Scott was able to knock them down and stun them.
• Later, Scott and Stiles told you about werewolves, but you didn't immediately believe them, even though you saw them with your own eyes.
• You began to immerse yourself more and more in the supernatural world and studied with great interest all available information, including ancient and not-so-ancient books and the Internet.
• When you found out that Cora is a werewolf, you were delighted and horrified at the same time.
• You also asked Derek, Cora, and Derek and Scott's friends who were werewolves about it: Isaac, Erica, Boyd, Ethan and Aidan. They all described it differently.
• And Stiles just told you that this is a madhouse. And he's been living in it for several years.
• And you kind of agreed with him.
• When a pack of Alphas came to town to get Derek to join them, Cora was with him, but as soon as Kali left, she immediately started calling Scott to warn him about the pack.
• But you understood that since they came for Derek, they wouldn't leave without him. And since they graciously explained to you that in order to join their ranks you need to kill your betas, then you began to worry very much about Isaac, Erica and Boyd.
• Boyd offered Derek a plan on how to defeat the Alphas, but everything went wrong and eventually Erica and Boyd himself died from Derek's claws.
• Derek was broken and broken. He kicked Isaac out and he had to go live with Scott because he had nowhere else to go.
• And Cora asked to stay with you because it was impossible to be in the loft.
• Your parents agreed, although not immediately, and Cora moved into your house with her belongings.
• And somehow imperceptibly joined your family as if she had lived with you all her life.
• You went to school together.
• You helped her with her lessons, and she slowly taught you self-defense.
• When Cora told you that she wanted to leave town to find herself and try to find a pack, you almost didn't think twice. You wanted to go with her and you told your parents about it. Moreover, it was the last year of your studies at school and you said that you didn't know who you wanted to enroll in and decided to take a break for a year to think well. It's good that the grades allowed.
• Your parents didn't want to let you go for a long time, because you didn't really know where you were going, and even missed a year of study (here you will come in a year, and all your classmates have been studying for a long time in the second year and working part-time!), but in the end they accepted your decision and let you go, albeit reluctantly.
• You went with Cora to South America to help. You didn't know what exactly, but you really wanted to help.
• In South America, Cora was able to find a flock. They also accepted you, even if not quite right away, because you were not a werewolf, but an ordinary person.
• But you were able to prove to them that you can be useful (not without Stiles' example, of course). You bought yourself a bat, too. Just in case.
• But despite finding a pack there, Cora returned to Bacon Hills a few years later to help her friends and family in the fight against hunters and Anuk-Ite.
• You came back with her, even though you could have stayed with her new pack. You just couldn't leave her there alone. Especially since Stiles Stilinski, being an ordinary person, can help packs of werewolves, so why can't you do the same?
• Cora was very worried about you and wanted you not to get into trouble, but to stay safe. Preferably with Stiles, because you are people.
But you and Stilinski looked at each other, then at Cora and Scott, who were standing in front of you, and in one voice declared that you were not going to sit in a secluded place while your friends risked their lives. By the way both Cora and Scott rolled their eyes in sync, you suspected that they were some kind of distant relatives.
• After Tamora Monroe's escape, Scott and his pack, as well as their friends, began tracking all reports of hunters in different cities. So they quietly had friends all over the world who helped them track the hunters in order to stop them and other werewolves in time to be able to warn them and save them from the impending threat.
• Cora protects you. Because you're human, yes. You once told her that you can protect yourself, but she still continues that she can't help but worry about you when you go on assignments with them (and this happens rarely, but it happens anyway!).
• Scott and Malia cover for each other more often if you and Stilinski don't go with them. And if you do go, then they split up so that they can help both of you and cover up if something goes wrong. And Cora is covering mainly for you, so that Scott and Malia are not distracted by another possible target of hunters.
• It took you a while to realize that Hale was not indifferent to you, but when you realized it, you were very scared at first. Partly because Cora is a girl, partly because she is a werewolf, and partly also because you yourself were attracted to her like a magnet.
• At first you tried to run away from her, but you saw how upset she was when she saw that you were avoiding her and for some reason you felt very ashamed. That's why you decided to talk to her in a human way and explain yourself.
• But it hardly worked out humanly.
• She listened attentively to you and asked perplexedly if that was the whole problem or something else.
• You were more afraid of your parents' condemnation than of Cora's feelings and even your own.
• And, as it turned out, it was completely in vain, because when they found out about your feelings for this girl, even if they were surprised, they fully supported your choice, because you were their daughter and they loved you very much.
• You relaxed after these events, feeling as if a huge weight had been lifted from your shoulders. Now you could be with Cora without being afraid of the condemnation of the closest people.
• And friends, by the way, too, because Stiles was the first to ask about what's going on with Cora, and Lydia joined in after him.
• Scott was very happy, and Malia said that she had noticed for a long time that "something was going on" with you, but she just couldn't figure out what exactly. And now I understand.
• You started dating a couple of weeks after you confessed your feelings to Cora.
• You were more worried about Derek's reaction, because he was still your girlfriend's older brother.
• But he only frowned and asked Cora if she was happy, and then seriously warned you that he would keep an eye on you so that you would not hurt and harm his sister.
• Cora just snorted, muttered that she was old enough to have a girlfriend and dragged you to your own home.
• She takes great care of you.
• Most often it is a "big spoon", but sometimes it happens the other way around.
• When Peter met you officially, Cora threatened him that she would bite him to death if he even touched you, remembering Derek's first love. And, of course, Uncle Zombie promised not to do this, but you noticed how carefully he looked at you and it made you very uncomfortable.
• Sometimes Cora wakes up screaming from terrible nightmares about a pack of Alphas holding her captive and a fire in her own house that claimed the lives of almost all close members of her extended family. But you are always there to help her, even if sometimes you are afraid that she may accidentally injure you, thinking that she is still in a dream.
• After a while, Cora confesses to you that you are her anchor and explains what this means for werewolves.
• You exhale with relief, because you understand that you can return her to her humanity if you suddenly need it.
• Hugging her with all your might trying to protect her from nightmares.
• She has very soft kisses.
• You are the only one who can always make her smile.
• Over time, you realize that if a werewolf has fallen in love, then it's forever and you will remain her forever and ever.
• But it doesn't really scare you, because you love her and are not ready to let go, as, indeed, she is you.
