To my mentor's surprise, the seal of silence was broken on me a few seconds after it was imposed. Needless to say, it shocked him. This phenomenon was attributed to the peculiarities of my chakra, which seemed to have a mind of its own. As I realised, it was Morgana's doing. This demoness could apparently control the chakra flows in my body while adapting their power. After adapting my body, my chakra circulation system was also seriously transformed. Additional tonketsu appeared in it, which had amazing flexibility in allowing chakra to flow through. But the strangest thing was different: the chakra itself no longer exuded the warmth it used to. Now, as the chakra ran through my body, I felt cold, yes, exactly cold. Unpleasant and suffocating, as if something or someone was holding me in its grip. Although it wasn't hard to guess who that person was...       I spent the first two months in the Uzukage's office, occasionally leaving it to be examined at the hospital. All the while, I was learning how to display the characters correctly. This may seem like a very easy task to you, but in reality it was far from that. The more accurately the symbols of the fuin are drawn, the stronger the seal consisting of those symbols will be. The greater the understanding of these fuin symbols, the better the control. The pinnacle of this control was demonstrated to me by Ashina drawing a barrier seal right in the air. It only took him a couple of seconds, which was incredible because this barrier could easily withstand most S-rank techniques. There was no limit to my admiration.       Only when my calligraphy level became acceptable to Uzumaki, my mentor went with me to the training ground to practice basic seals, which included two types of seals: the storage seal and the explosive seal. I quickly understood the essence of the second seal, but I had some problems with the first one, because the spatial pocket was another mystery to me. The theory that I could not prove in my previous life was still bothering me to this day, but the red-haired clan had not only solved the equation of space contraction and contraction, but also managed to implement it in a very simple and convenient form. So I started by studying the very conclusion they were given at an early age, which came as a shock to me. Sensei did not forbid me to study such things, and sometimes even encouraged my curiosity, but he was still the head of the whole clan. So for three days I'd been dealing with the conclusion of the Uzumaki scientists' formula that Ashina had sketched out for me in a few minutes. I had to admit that now I was getting uncomfortable around all the Uzumaki, because somewhere inside I really thought I was smart, and here I was just relegated to the bottom of the pile. I was angry and delighted at the same time. These two emotions created an amazing combination, giving rise to some crazy thoughts in my head. I remembered one entertaining equation that came out of Uzumaki's equations. In just four days, I had completed my unique seal-based technique.

A week after starting practice...

I was at the training ground, beginning to practice my first seals technique.       - Mi-kun, what are you doing? — Ashina, who had appeared on the range a few seconds ago, asked with interest.       I wasn't surprised, because the main disadvantage of so much chakra for ninja was stealth, and the Uzukage had plenty of it. By my conservative estimate, my chakra volume was at best one per cent of his reserves. I realised that my sensei was a true monster, judging by the amount of chakra and the level of seals he was able to use. I hadn't seen his melee capabilities, but my gut told me he was doing well there, too. He didn't carry two blades behind his back for beauty.       - I'm testing my new development, Ashina-sensei. - I answered him briefly. To avoid explaining all the things I had done, I decided to just demonstrate. I concentrated, remembering the seal of the explosion, the symbols it consisted of and their sequence. After that, I ran up to the tree and quickly struck a blow with my palm so that it was tight against the surface of the tree. Realising that it had worked, I jumped back. An explosive seal appeared on the tree, which was seared with my chakra. A small explosion rang out. There was a sepulchral silence for a few seconds. The head of the Uzumaki clan watched the explosion in amazement.       - You didn't draw symbols on the wood. It's like your seal was already sealed somewhere beforehand, and you just burned it out with chakra. - Ashina commented with a shocked tone in his voice.       - You are completely right, sensei. - I answered him with a smile. I had already taken his surprise as a compliment to myself.       - You're a genius. If you continue like this, you will become an outstanding ninja. - He added in a calmer voice, and then gave me a pat on the head.       I even hesitated at his actions for a few seconds. It's not every day you get praise from someone as outstanding as the Uzukage.       During the week that I was explaining to my sensei the ideas of realising my seal, I continued not only training with the seals, but I also started to exercise. My sensei could not be with me during such training, so he sent another sensei to me. It was a true lover of physical training - Isao Uzumaki. As I found out later, Isao and Isao were Ashina's sons. The first gave his all to medicine, and it's worth admitting, he achieved great achievements in this field. The second, however, took a different path. It was a path no less difficult than his brother's. Isao constantly practised martial arts. It took a long time for it to bear fruit.       The hard work of this Uzumaki was legendary. He trained almost his entire life. He had no peers in close combat, but he could not defeat his father in one-on-one combat. The Uzukage's seals were the key factor. As fast as Isao was, he trivially lacked the speed to get close to his father. Isao used a light curved sword about fifty centimetres long in close combat. The blade had seals on it, allowing its master to end the fight at the first successful attack. Any cut created a seal of paralysis on his opponent's body, and with an opponent like Isao, even a second's delay was worth a life. The two brothers had opposite personalities: while Isao was a friendly and open person, his brother was very cunning and secretive. Isao had very few acquaintances, and even fewer friends, but if you became his friend, it was horrible.       This Uzumaki began to give out such pranks that at times just became sickening. I woke up in a bathhouse with women washing, and that genius had at least thrown some towels over me. For a week after that I avoided red-haired ladies altogether, any of whom were ready to kill me on sight. Oh, I don't like those jokers. It's funny for them, but I have to suffer. Though I have to admit, Isao was pretty good at raising my physical stats during the time I was in the Long Life Village.       Yumiko, on the other hand, hadn't been sitting idly by all this time either. She had been practising using her first element, which was water, and most of the Uzumaki clan had an affinity for it. But to my utter surprise, Izao had taken over her training. He explained his motivation by saying that he saw the potential for Riko's daughter to become a medic. I didn't mind that, because I'd be happy if Yumiko could take care of herself.       It's been exactly two years. My training didn't stop. A lot of things happened during that time, but let's start in order.       I learnt all the seals of the Uzumaki clan. Strangely enough, it wasn't that difficult. The problem turned out to be something else: I couldn't safely use some of them because my chakra reserves simply wouldn't allow me to do so. I puzzled over the solution to this conundrum for a long time. The solution to the problem just came spontaneously. During one of my training sessions with Isao, my physical training instructor used the technique of summoning his blade from the seal. That's when the thought popped into my head that why don't I start accumulating chakra in a seal on my body to use later in battle.       I couldn't make the seal myself this time, so I had to turn to Ashina, who was kind enough to give me a crash course on what problems might arise. The seal on my body was formed, but I spent all my concentration on just pouring chakra into it evenly, and after a while I was assisted by Morgana, who had become very comfortable with my body, and I was used to her. She was the kind of creature from whom there was no point in hiding anything, but our friendship was still not entirely mutual, for she had never told me who she was, though I no longer cared. So how did it come to this? More on that later.       Another interesting aspect was that the technique I created was given an "A" ranking. Its danger lay in its sheer unpredictability. In fact, I could leave a discreet seal on any surface that would explode upon activation. Yes, Sensei and I had still worked on it, adding a few closing symbols, but the fact that I had managed to create a technique of such a high rank warmed my heart. The price for using such a technique was very small, but everything had its disadvantages... To master this seal required very good chakra control, which I possessed, but most Uzumaki had problems with this aspect of ninja, so only two people could use this fuin, except for me. They were Izao and Ashina himself.       While I was training and working on the technique, Yumiko didn't waste any time either. She had mastered the water element at a good level, and had also begun to master medical techniques, which she was doing very well. Izao was not wrong about her. Already, the girl was able to obtain the rank of a "B" rank ninja medic.       Another important detail was that exactly a year ago, Morgana was going to train me. The girl reasoned that my body was ready to harness the destructive power of her force. My only element was once and for all ice. I was deprived of the ability to use even the individual components of ice. Neither water, nor air, nor fire, nor earth, nor lightning would be used by me now. Such is the price of having a hundred per cent affinity with the element of ice, thanks to this, and the guidance of the one being within me, I quickly skipped the basic steps of mastering and understanding the elements, moving straight into learning the techniques Morgana kindly tossed my way. Another thing I learnt was that due to my perfect affinity with the element of ice, I no longer needed seals to manipulate it. At the moment I could only create ice needles without seals and cover the surface of the ground with ice to speed up my movement by sliding, but according to Morgana, in time I would be able to use almost all techniques without seals. All it takes is experience and hard work. Another pleasant bonus of my only element was the improvement in my body's physical characteristics, something I'd been suffering from for the past week. The entity inside me explained that this was only one of four stages of evolution. She herself had only seen the third stage, where a person who had developed full control over the ice element could match my sensei in speed.       I was frightened by my prospects, because without activating the ice enhancement, I could only last about fifteen seconds against Isao if he was serious. I should still be the one with a bit of luck. But if I activated the ice enhancement, I could safely stand for a minute against a melee master. This was astonishing to me. In this mode, I could feel my opponent's movements with every cell in my body. I could detect the slightest muscle contractions in his body. It became another of my abilities, which Morgana called Ice Vision. During this time, I hadn't learnt this ability that well yet, so I still had a lot of questions, to which Morgana only answered: "You'll figure it out for yourself," and then showed me her doting smile. I mean, how could anyone be angry or offended with her!       Moku wasn't idle all this time either. He was developing basic ninja skills in our clan, and as soon as he found out about my improved genome, he immediately applied to officially form a clan. I even had to interrupt my training for a while to demonstrate my genome to the Water Country daimyo and his aides. But it was worth it. Now we were officially recognised as a clan, though not a great and important one yet, but it was only a matter of time before our clan would show itself in all its glory. The name of the clan was given to me. I thought about it for a long time, but Morgana decided for me. She looked at me so much when I came to her that I had to give in in the end. Her gaze literally begged me every time she chose a name for her clan. It worked better than any argument. I am now the official head of the Yuki clan....
